Pros (+) Really comfortable room and a great sleep. The food was even better than I expected it to be. Quite happy with the location.
Cons (-) Conference rooms are in the basement, making them feel a bit closed-in. Sometimes the elevators are a bit of a wait.

Pros (+) I loved the very friendly and helpful staff. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good, and quite affordable. Also liked the option of opting out of housekeeping, I always feel I need to pick up all of my things to make their job easier. Was great to just let it be, more relaxing! I would definitely stay there again.
Cons (-) We paid for an upgraded room on a high floor with a city view but our only window faced an office building about 50 feet away across an alley. We could see nothing else.
