Pros (+) Had a nice two day stay. Centrally located, friendly staff, nice rooftop views.
Cons (-) No view from the room I stayed in, not even a slight view of sky. Opening the shades offered views of other tenant's rooms. Suggest getting a room on the street side of building to at least see some sky and be able to open shades.

Pros (+) Short Lyft/Uber ride from King St Amtrak station and cruise ships. Walk to Space Needle, theaters, MoPOP, many restaurants and groceries. Nice comfortable quiet small rooms. Ours had a view of Olympic mtns. helpful staff.
Cons (-) The Mediterranean like most Hotels had bad lighting in bathroom. Rooftop patio had a smoker even tho it's a non-smoking facility.

Cons (-) No restaurant although there is an attached Starbucks. A little noisy outside up until about 11pm.
