Excellent 9.0
Pros: Lovely in hotel restaurants. Historic , grand feeling. Exceptional staff
Cons: Maybe a microwave but that doesn’t fit with the cordial, old fashioned elegant room.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: We went in for breakfast, but nobody greeted us, so we went somewhere else.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I have stayed here twice before and returned for a weekend get away with my son. Hotel is in a superbly renovated heritage building (an old gentlemen's club with lots of history). The lounge bar area is exceptional in terms of history - good place for drinks and a snack. The bed was very comfortable and the room size adequate. The adjacent restaurant, Juno, is very good for breakfasts and lunch and dinners. Great downtown location. Excellent service.
Cons: The bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain properly.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I really loved the detail that was used to see to my comfort. The warm cookie that was offered upon check-in was a lovely touch. I also appreciated the follow up call to my room to ensure the accommodations were to my liking. I ordered room service which arrived in an acceptable time. I had the chicken piccata which was delicious.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: large bathroo, beds are good. lobby is beautiful .
Cons: there was no room slippers and shoe horn in the room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel was charming and wonderful!!! The history surrounding it is fascinating! The staff was so very good. We had a group of 8 and they took such good care of us!! Loved it!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfortable bed, warm cookie upon arrival, easy and quick check-in, friendly, personable, and professional staff, great location, outstanding interior from dark wood paneling to the pictures hung on the wall everywhere that gives nostalgic feeling
Cons: No pool/jacuzzi, no complimentary breakfast
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location as well as the old world feel!
Cons: No we would definitely stay again!
Okay 5.0
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful
Cons: Rooms were dark and extremely small
Good 7.0
Pros: The historic building was charming. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful.
Cons: We stayed on the ground floor and the rooms were quite odd. Our rooms did not look like the standard room photos on the site. They were dark and cramped. We were traveling with teenagers and they could not accommodate us with queen bedded rooms.
Good 7.0
Pros: The bathroom is really nice!!
Cons: The hotel feels like a decently renovated heritage apartment. Paying $---Canadian a night felt way overpriced, especially after my card was charged for $110 in random, mystery fees after coming home? Location is okay. Overall, would not recommend.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nostalgic. Very close to the Link Lite Rail Pioneer Station Stop. Probably less than 200' making this an excellent choice coming from the SeaTac airport. Only cost us $3/each to ride from the airport to the Pioneer Station.
Cons: As with most big city downtown environments, there were lots of homeless nearby. This does take away some of the charm of this establishment.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Small, boutique-ish size and charm Beautiful historic turn of the century venue Great location Comfortable quiet rooms Outstanding food and bar drinks In general pleasant and professional staff
Cons: Check-in was delayed but manager did an excellent job addressing the delay.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: There was a fridge in the room which was great. The location was amazing in terms of proximity to a Link station, but many restaurants and shops close by 5:00PM.
Cons: I both loved and hated the location. You will have street noise which includes drunken yelling. The shops in the immediate area close by 5:00. It was not ideal for us.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Atmosphere and interior spaces were kept period for the most part. Some mismatched deco for the period but overall a really beautiful hotel. The entire staff was great!
Cons: We expected a VERT experienced bar staff and this was a little lacking. I expected a period hotel to have and know period drinks but they seemed have changed the recipes. The restaurant fair was too narrow. Breakfast was great, dinner selection wasn't
Excellent 8.0
Cons: A bloody bar fight broke out in the bar
Good 7.0
Pros: The hotel was really nice and the staff were very helpful and nice as well.
Cons: The hotel rooms are VERY SMALL... but since we only stayed there for 1 night, it was not a big deal.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The Arctic Club is not your typical Doubletree. It's a restored former private club in downtown Seattle, so it's got plenty of style and charm. Also, it's one of the relatively few unionized hotels in town, so the workers get better pay and treatment.
Cons: There was a problem with the water in my room, where nothing other than scalding hot water was coming out. The staff was very helpful, but could not fix it during my stay.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: the building style decor and architecture
Cons: the view from our room was terrible
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It is a classic, historic building that has been beautifully restored. The rooms are charming and elegantly decorated. Great traditional bar (Polar Bar) in the lobby. Nice extras, such as a French press coffee maker and entertainment system, in each room.
Cons: Rooms were a bit small.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The property has an interesting history, and evokes the feeling of that era
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Weekend in Seattle! Found the Polar Bar in the hotel Lobby by accident on a previous trip and loved the ambiance! The lobby and bar remind you of days gone by, in a great way... I keep expecting a butler in black coat, white shirt, polished shoes to escort me to the "smoking room", like in the Titanic or something. Anyway, the decor is great, the staff at the hotel are very friendly, and the room I had was great! Corner room, king suite on the 7th floor! Wonderful view of downtown and Pioneer Square. We will definitely stay here again on a future trip.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: They had the most comfortable bed I have slept on.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: good location, between financial district and tourist Pike Place
Cons: currently lots of construction next to the building on Madison Street
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was just wonderful!
Cons: There was nothing to dislike.
Excellent 10.0
Very speak and modern, rooms were great very clean during these Covid times I worry about bringing my young kids to hotels but to my surprise this place was great! I would suggest valet parking right in front of the bldg. as parking is horrendous other wise.
Excellent 10.0
Great hotel. Very comfortable. Located in the heart of downtown Seattle only a couple of blocks from Pike Street Market
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The Staff was extremely accommodating and exceptionally professional. Shawn, the manager, and Triana, and Spenser were simply a delight! I will stay here again.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very quiet in our room. Comfy bed and nice soaking tub. Easy access to T-Mobile Park, Pioneer Square, International District, and Pikes Place Market.
Cons: On-site restaurant had limited hours and too expensive for daily breakfast.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Staff were very nice. Room was clean and furnished nicely.
Cons: Cost for what was there was a big factor. Not really worth that for just a night.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The concierge was great and gave us a great itinerary for our stay. He also upgraded our room for free because it was our honeymoon. The hotel is in a great central location downtown and a five minute walk from everything. The rooms are very chiche
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location, updated rooms
Cons: n/a
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was an experience i won't forget
Cons: Not a chance.loved it.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I enjoyed how great the staff was. They were always so accommodating.
Cons: The views are not the best. And then I think the room set up can be better. Also the screen to the bathroom does not shield you completely since you can very much see through it. Also, the internet/wifi did not work.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The front desk and valet were very friendly and helpful with questions. The room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
Cons: The cost of parking was 45.00 plus another 10 for taxes it seemed high to me. It was unfortunate the attached restaurant was closed, understandable during these times.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Dirty and expensive
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Extremely clean rooms and very friendly staff. Excellent downtown location
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I liked the cleanliness of the hotel room and the location of the hotel it’s near by the pier and also a Short walk to Pike Place Market
Cons: I did not like that some people were in the lobby without masks
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Has to be the cleanest and classy hotel I have been in the Seattle area. I was a hotel mngr so know how it should go and hotel employee was awesome I was so impressed especially with a virus going on. Staff was exceptional always going above expectations.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The room was amazingly nice and the hotel staff were incredibly accommodating. We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Beautiful room
Cons: No hot water, no room service, no housekeeping
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Customer service and location were amazing. Rooms are beautiful.
Cons: Cost of valet parking is crazy (probably not much more than other Seattle hotels though)! Not much of a view anymore. Too many high rises going up but the hotel can't do much about that so it's not really their fault.
Good 7.0
Pros: Friendly staff Top floors are very nice
Cons: The first room offered was bad, because the bedroom had no window at all and the living room was facing construction site.
Good 7.0
Pros: Good location.
Cons: Put us in Handicap room. Howling wind noise coming from light fixtures. Not has high caliber as other Loews Resorts.
Good 6.0
Pros: The location
Cons: Hidden fees
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Bad construction outside the room we were given.
Good 7.0
Pros: Modern and sleek appearance
Cons: Too expensive, mandatory valet parking adding an additional $75, no complimentary snacks or breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was super kind and helpful and the room was spectacular, one of my favorite hotel stays to date!
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location great, front door staff helpful
Cons: Mini fridge didnt work, Hotel didnt fix it despite multiple calls. Had to call and get maintenance to fix AC, which they did. Controller in bathroom that makes the shade go up/down was broken. Shoddy construction in the hallway, dust and debris
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Terrific location
Excellent 9.1
Pros: We loved the location and the view. It was a short walk in any direction to shopping, coffee and incredible restaurants. The waterfront was also within view. The room was extraordinary.
Cons: Our check in process was a real ordeal for some reason. I think it was due to new staff being trained, but it took nearly 10 minutes, with little explanation on what was going on.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Staff was very good and very attentive.
Cons: Room poorly laid out! No privacy in bathroom. Bathroom Door cannot be secured. Glass window between room and tub with no curtain. Lights on both sides of bed either both on or both off (cannot have just one side on, other side off).
Good 6.0
Pros: It is convenient to downtown
Cons: It billed the room as a "city view" which was not accurate
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The room was very nice and it was in a good location
Cons: I did not like that the stairs were not available and the only way to get up and down was elevator. Seems extremely unsafe if there was an emergency. When booking this hotel, no one told me that it was under construction. Super upsetting.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Great location, close to Pike Place Market, shopping, and waterfront
Cons: The hotel was undergoing a remodel. Because of this, the hotel felt chaotic, and was dirty. There was no lounge/bar available.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Great location
Cons: Even though we booked a queen/queen room, we were given The run around. When we first checked in we were told what floor we would be on and they confirmed the bed type. Later we were told that room type wasn't available and were given a different room.
Good 7.0
Pros: The design was fresh and different. I enjoyed the bathtub with the view of the TV. We were able to walk where we wanted to go, so location was pretty good.
Cons: The bed was kind of hard. I suppose I was hoping for a pool or hot tub but at least the soaking tub was nice.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great service.
Cons: Water front view was partial but still nice
Good 6.0
Pros: The bathroom was amazing and the room had a spectacular view.
Cons: Not a damn thing.
Good 6.0
Pros: The location is walking distance to Pike Place Market.
Cons: When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. I was also not informed of the parking price or policies. Although we came in at around 6PM, 2 hours after check in, I was a little surprised that they said they have to make sure our room was ready.
Okay 5.0
Pros: THe hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.
Cons: I didn't like looking out the window at a brick wall when I was booking a 'deluxe' room. The toilet didn't flush in the first room, so we were moved to a room with a t.v. that didn't work. Also, they didn't have movies.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location and very friendly staff. Room was very nice with a great bathroom. Bed was great and room was very clean. I would recommend this hotel.
Cons: A little hard to find hotel because the name is on the side not on 1st Ave. Just the bldg address number 1000. Parking price kind of steep. $40.00 plus tax and something came to about $46 a night for one car.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was great, in the heart of downtown. The room was absolutely amazing, with plenty of light, a gorgeous bathroom, and the whole thing was kept very clean. However, the shining star of this hotel was clearly the staff. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to accommodate any needs you have. We stayed for our 10 year anniversary, and this was the best hotel experience we have had in those 10 years.
Cons: If I had to pick anything it would be that the room service food from BOKA was slightly overpriced. It was good though so I can't complain too much.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean and large rooms with great movie selection
Cons: View of downtown was obscured a bit by an ugly backlot.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The entire staff was friendly and courteous and seemed to want our stay to be a pleasant experience, and it was! The room was clean, tastefully appointed and well laid out. The bath was great with a large soaking tub and a separate shower.
Cons: $40 charge for valet parking

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The rooftop pool and hot tub were amazing! The location is perfect - very close to the Wheel, Pike Market, and restaurants. The staff is very friendly, the beds are super comfy, and the room is extremely clean and comfortable.
Cons: Nothing.
Good 7.0
Pros: it was gorgeous the room was spacious!
Cons: our room wasn’t clean and had used products in it
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The beds are amazing and we actually looked for a label to buy one for ourselves. Room was nice.
Cons: Upon arrival we were meet by the lead parking attendant with an attitude and shortness. I have no idea what he was going through but certainly did not expect that kind of attitude for the cost of this hotel. His first comment was "you cant park here" , I did realize there was a football game going on and I am sure they get a lot of people looking a close parking spot to the game. I explained I have a reservation for two rooms and sent a early check in request. He came back with I dont have room for your truck. I have a regular size truck and looked around and there were several parked in the open area we were located. NOW comes the portion that made me super disappointed with the service. I could see if all the spots were gone and we had to park off site, but he manner of "you can park on the street" and he was done. No problem solving, so solutions to help NOTHING but exhaustion of life from this guy. Nothing I would expect from a $350 night hotel. I am a paramedic and saved for this trip to the ball game so I could take my family, and my exposure to this expensive hotel is this guy with the attitude of its not my problem. The front desk tried to intervein with my request and she came back and said" he is stuck on we do not have room. She tried at least and was apologetic. So three hours to game time and now I have to drop off my family and drive to find a parking spot down town. NOT HAPPENING. I ended up two blocks away in a lot the costs $98.57 NOT KIDDING Only place I could find. HERE is the point- when we got done with the game and back to the hotel. 4 of the vehicles were gone and 3 others were in their place. This guy was running his own parking business from the hotel parking lot and I am sure charging big dollars to have them park across the street. I then asked the attendant that was on duty if that went on here and the look on his face answered my question with out a doubt.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location of the hotel was next to Lumen Field. The room was clean and organized. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The two elliptical machines were not working properly. The reclined bike did not work.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the close location to the stadiums was amazing! also loved the on-site restaurant Jimmy’s!
Excellent 10.0
Excellent service from valet, the front desk check in, and check out. Staff was very professional, courteous, and went above and beyond. I look forward to staying again at the Silver Cloud in the near future.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Clean
Cons: No parking for a truck and no parking around hotel at all for a truck. Restaurant was not open and no room service. I had to park my truck so far away that I had to have all food delivered to hotel. Hotel is way over priced for not having any amenities.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Close to baseball stadium
Cons: Pricey overall and no free parking
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff were fantastic!
Cons: The proximity to the train yards made for an interesting wake up call at 4:30 AM.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfect location and walking distance to the Mariners game
Cons: nope
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location for the stadium district. Great staff!
Cons: The hotel is past it¿s prime. It needs a renovation.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location to the stadium. $20 Uber to Pike place, yikes!
Cons: For the price, the hotel was disappointing. No breakfast, no food service options, no parking. A light was out, there was coffee for one person in the room, the grounds were dirty. I will not stay here again.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location if your planning a trip to Mariners, Sounders,or Seahawks. Seattle water front is just a short walk also
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The bed was super comfortable.
Cons: On site restaurant closed. Nothing open within walking distance besides food trucks that are mainly for the sporting events. Neighborhood is full of homeless and drug users. Valet parking is way overpriced.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Friendly staff nice room very clean
Cons: Restaurant not open, not their fault due to covid
Okay 4.0
Cons: Pool was closed, was not told this. No breakfast. Had to pay 160 dollars for parking
Good 7.0
Cons: bar, restaurant, spa, pool all closed yet COVID restrictions are lifted.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great hotel. Perfect for our needs. Picked hotel because of location. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Silver cloud hotels never disappoint.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Quick and easy check in. Parking garage attendant was super, so was desk attendant at check in. Area was somewhat remote, I know it’s Covid but was not much choice in eating, no kids menu at the restaurant.
Cons: Bug on the bed upon arriving in the room.  No kids menu at restaurant, Charged 3.50 for room service AND 18% tip. Had no choice but to pay since restaurant was not open for seating 😡. Would not stay there again.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Quick check in and attentive staff
Excellent 8.8
We enjoyed our jacuzzi tub in our room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I can't tell you how happy I am with the staff and the hotel. The person who checked us in upgraded our room since it was our anniversary. Also, she was very friendly.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Clean. Solid checkin experience. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: The location is not that great as it relates to walking to places in Seattle. You are 2mi from anything decent with the exception of the stadiums. Parking cost is outrageous considering the location.
Good 7.0
Pros: Great staff and very clean
Cons: The air conditioner was a bit loud and did not come on until the room was unsufferably hot.
Good 7.0
Pros: As always the cleanliness of the hotel and my room is number one I have stated before they have the best cleaned jacuzzi rooms downtown.
Cons: The problem im having is. With covid im starting to see this hotel doesn't have much to offer outside of a clean room. There are no extras, nothing to rave about to my readers. I feel like for the high price there should be more for guest.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Nothing It was not what I expected and the staff and management was not current ADA laws regarding service animals and management was overriding policy and federal laws when mentioned corporate would contacted they redacted
Cons: That they were not up to date on ADA laws and policies regarding service animals as pets
Okay 5.0
Pros: Bed was comfortable. We requested a quiet room and the first one was noisy, facing a busy street, but the second one was fine with only occasional train whistles. Plenty of towels in the bathroom.
Cons: Not 4*Location not near Pike Market. 1.2miles or 30min. not very pleasant walk. Shuttle not reliable-left waiting for 1 hour in freezing cold. Had to call 3 times before it arrived. Driver said nobody told him we were waiting. Used Uber after that.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location
Cons: The road and train noise was unbearable. We didn’t sleep. The windows were so thin it sounded like they were open and letting all the outside noise in. Being on the 7th floor we shouldn’t have been able to hear each car drive by all night lo
Good 7.0
Pros: Free shuttle to downtown locations
Cons: Will never step foot in the hotel or restaurant again. Was ignored by both bartenders during a slow time. Then followed out and threatened me to call the police for not paying for the beer that I didn’t drink. Never been so humiliated.
Good 7.0
Pros: The rooftop pool and hot tub were awesome.
Cons: The restaurant was decent, not as accommodating to guests as I would expect (no charge to the room available on the bills, and non-flexible menu). The BIGGEST downside was the unexpected and huge price for parking. There is no information about this onli
Good 7.0
Pros: Location was great!
Cons: The restaurant that was connected was very disappointing. I would not recommend going.
Okay 5.0
Pros: This is nowhere near a 4 star hotel
Cons: Middle of nowhere
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The room was very nice and the staff were pleasant and very friendly.
Cons: The hotel was not even close to Pike Place Market, it was directly across from the T-mobile stadium and train tracks. Too noisy. Good thing their wasn’t a ball game going on! Some horn was going off every couple of hours waking me up. Would not
Good 7.0
Pros: Price, size of room, cleanliness
Cons: Didn't feel like a four star hotel for leisure, business hotel yes. Bit dated but fine for one night, didn't have any charm.
Good 6.0
Pros: Convenient location I had a mtg the next morning down the street.
Cons: The outside smelled like urine. Fridge was not working and I'm pumping it spoiled all of my breast milk.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location and onsite restaurant
Cons: I was not able to check in and had to wait for an hour before getting my room at 3:00 in the morning.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Key card for elevator
Cons: For a hotel that has a pool on the roof (tiny pool) you would think there would be a time for children so adults could go in the pool. Also the food in the restaurant was horrible! No wonder they only have a “good” rating. Do not get the break
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Free shuttle to downtown drop offs was the redeeming quality.
Cons: Right by train tracks that and loud at 2am. I was actually warned by other guests when I first checked in. The rooms are very outdated and furniture quite damaged. I am shocked that this hotel qualifies as 4 star and costs so much. It was below average.
Good 7.0
Pros: Staff were very curteous and friendly, room was excellent and we had a fantastic view of the harbour, room was really great
Cons: Charged extra for parking and didn't really explain that really well even after paying $--- American per night and not even being downtown. Called to be picked up by hotel shuttle and were told they would be there in six minutes. Never got picked up.
Good 7.0
Pros: the front desk staff was very pleasant and the free shuttle to cruise ship terminals was great
Cons: The location kills this hotel. If you're coming for sporting events at the baseball or football stadiums then its great. Otherwise its a pretty seedy area and it didn't feel comfortable walking around the area. Not really a 4 star hotel, more 3.5
Poor 1.0
Pros: It was clean, but no where near where we wanted to stay. Very disappointed and will never use this service again
Okay 4.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Location...I requested to be near Pikes Market...this was a mile and a half away and across the street from a noisy ball park with live games. I also put luggage in storage and the kid gave me attitude when they couldn't find my backpack.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Nice amenities and the room was clean
Cons: Could not use Netflix on television would have cost $20 to watch a movie was over $50 a night to park car in addition to the hotel fees would've needed to take a hotel tram into downtown Seattle to different locations 15 min walk to light rail
Poor 1.0
Pros: Hotel was clean and you could only access the floors with a hotel key card
Cons: Our hotel door would not lock, we came back to the hotel and found we could enter the room without a key. Valet messed with the key fob for our car and it was found to be missing the key & motherboard. Hotel manager was extremely rude regarding damages.
Poor 1.0
Pros: This is not a four star hotel. Located in a very bad neighborhood next to the stadium. A bunch of drunk kids at the hotel and walking around outside of the hotel yelling and screaming all night.
Cons: Only thing I liked about this place was leaving it.
Okay 5.0
Pros: easy in and out next to the freeway
Cons: our room was on the third floor which was very noisy with street revelers that we could easily hear in our room. Heard yelling at 4:15 am that woke me up. The gal at the front desk knew it and tried to get us a different room but nothing was available.
Poor 1.0
Cons: Staff was not accommodating, bed sheets were stained, room curtains were torn, air quality of room was musty, bathroom fan was really loud, and parking was expensive.
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: The staff
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Location. Quialty
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Lobby was nice, daughter liked the rooftop pool. Room was very clean and average in terms of decor etc. for a hotel of this level.
Cons: Agent was not welcoming and did not give best room available. We switched rooms to room335. Door to room did not close properly. Bathroom door jammed and was loud, bath fan extremely loud. Very darkn room. Valet gave us our car without verifying us.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The hotel was very clean.
Cons: My bathroom was clogged. And did not want to drain for some reason I called the front desk. And they sent someone to my room to hand me a plunger to do it my self. I think that no hotel should have there guest fixing there own restroom.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The free bus transportation to the city center.
Cons: Not really a four star hotel Hot tub and pool area looked dirty First room smelled like smoke
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: It was in Seattle.
Cons: The hotel a fine. The people working there were awful.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The staff
Cons: The fridge in the room froze all the food and drinks I brought .the 3rd time I watched a movie the tv kept freezing and stoping/restarting. My room location seemed to be adjacent to a housekeeping closet that was used at all hours of the day and night.
Poor 1.0
Cons: The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional!!!!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfect location for events and great place to stay
Excellent 9.7
Pros: This hotel is right near Century Link and Safeco Field.
Cons: Price was a bit high for our low budget.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The large TV was awesome The view of the stadium was cool Good proximity to the stadiums
Cons: Wifi sucked Bed was not the best pillows were really soft Slightly noisy with the trains running by and the hallway noise
Excellent 9.1
Pros: YOu can't stay any closer to the stadiums. It's close enough to downtown to walk anywhere, or catching a bus is easy. I was able to watch some of the pre-game activities at SafeCo field from my room. They upgraded me to a King Suite with a view for free (I booked a reg. King Room), the room was spacious, had everything I needed, and overall was very good for being one of the less-expensive rates I could find near downtown.
Cons: I had to mark things down just a little bit as the drain in the bathroom was clogged just a little, so some of the water would accumulate. There was also an extra bathtub with a shower head (I was in a suite), so I just used that. Not a big hassle. One morning I was working from my room, and they had a fire alarm test at 11am. Not a big deal, but it was a minor annoyance as I had to rush to put clothes on, and scramble out of my room, only to run into maintenance who told me there was no emergency.
Good 6.8
Pros: Super convenient for going to the Sounders game. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and safe place to stay.
Cons: The bed and pillows were not comfortable, so we both slept terribly.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I liked the location (for the game) And I liked the restaurant and bar. I liked the pool and spa on the roof + extra towels. The staff seemed to be professional and courteous (except in one case)
Cons: I didn't like the fact that a staff maintenance person barged into my room without notice or knocking then came face to face with me and backed up apologizing out the door without an explanation for the intrusion
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Very convenient location.
Cons: We were able to leave a day early. I would have appreciated the ability to cancel the second day myself instead of going through kayak. That became a bit of a hassle but staff tried very hard to accommodate us.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Rooms were clean, updated and quiet.
Cons: Little expensive.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Loved being able to walk across the street to safeco field. Our room was on the rotgut floor over looking the freeway and Piaget sound. A little noisy but not bad at all. Jacuzzi room was great!
Cons: Liked it all. Thought the valet fee for the car park was a bit high. But not worrying about the vehicle was nice.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything. It exceeded my expectations. 12 out of 10. Ideal location; walking distance to King Street Central Amtrak station and China Town/International district. well-connected by metro and buses. Got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony with view. Got early check in too. Helpful receptionists. Breakfast starts at 6:30, on time for my early train to Portland- which was good. Heating was perfect and efficient. The balcony and the view were nice. Cute deco in the room and a nice shower.
Cons: Not a big deal for me and I don’t care - but the rooms with view have some street noise. If you are too sensitive to noise, confirm with the receptionist about the noise in your room. I am sure they will find you a room that has less street noise.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was so nice and helpful. I love the decor. I remember when I walked in the door it had the smell of a library, which I love the scent libraries have because of all the wood and books. The brick buildings are beautiful. I will return, but next time I want a room with a balcony 🤗
Cons: There were some minor repairs that needed to be done in my room. I noticed the sink counter, in the bathroom, had slightly moved from it's nook in the doorway and around the wall. And there was a weak spot in the floor between the bed and tv area, also the carpet was coming up and a bit frayed in the entrance to the bathroom. Small repairs fixed early can save a lot of time and money in the long run. 🙂👍
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff
Cons: Nothing
Okay 5.0
Pros: The breakfast was excellent ! The room clean, fresh linens, bed changed the following day. The bathroom. Was nice shower nozzle was pleasant to bathe under.
Cons: The view was horrible!! I asked for a nice room since they were not full, received a room with a window looking into the next building , no view, pipes along the side of the other building very poor, can't believe I paid what I did for the room! There was no refrigerator, would have been nice for minimal groceries.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Location was close to attractions.
Cons: The area is very sketchy and unsafe, making its proximity to downtown attractions irrelevant because who would want to walk through that kind of environment.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location was excellent for sports events.
Cons: Surrounding area had substantial urban decay
Good 7.0
Pros: Free breakfast!
Cons: Parking. Small room.
Good 7.0
Pros: Very safe and secure. I liked the personal parking garage. Staff was very friendly and covid responsible.
Cons: I did not realize there wasn't a refrigerator.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It was clean
Cons: I didn't like the fact that the parking was so far from the hotel. It was scary walking there and finding where it was
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room smelled nice and was extremely clean
Cons: The blankets were a bit lacking, but nothing that really ruined the experience overall
Good 6.0
Pros: The room was very clean.
Cons: Whenever another room's AC unit turned on, it made our AC unit make a pinging/dripping sound in the middle of the night that kept me up.
Good 7.0
Pros: The staff were FABULOUS. Over and above on every front. The room was very clean and well appointed.
Cons: The neighborhood is conveniently located for nearby attractions, but is dreadful, particularly at night. Crawling with homeless addicts begging for money and vomiting on the sidewalks. Also, gym closed and breakfast scaled down to almost nothing
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Location. Quiet.
Cons: Old. Funky. What appeared to be black mold in the bathroom/shower. Big gap under room door to hallway.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: I was over charged!!!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Price.
Cons: Did not know about parking situation.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Old-fashioned charm. Did not feel like a cookie cutter lodging facility.
Cons: The parking situation around the hotel is difficult. I did not know that the hotel offered a parking service until after I had checked in. It should be mentioned in the reservations material, on the website.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location, charm, cleanliness, and affordability
Cons: A little dated and a really small tv in a weird place in my room.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Customer service at check in was un-impressive
Poor 1.0
Cons: Didn’t even stay there. The only available room had construction workers and terrible noise right outside the window. So I cancelled and left.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location and interior - very unique.
Cons: Distance to parking
Excellent 10.0
Great value for money, the hotel itself was very well kept and clean, the decor was a great comfy old school touch with modern bathrooms and comfy beds. Last thing to mention is that the staff were beyond exceptional and extremely accommodating. We have only great things to say about this place and would definitely stay there again.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Close to the waterfront and free shuttle
Cons: No
Excellent 9.6
This hotel is slightly old fashioned in appearance but is comfortable, quiet and well located near the ferry terminal so perfect for crossing to the island. Friendly staff and clean accommodation for a very reasonable price. What more could you want!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: That I was greeted by mr. Henry yesler himself I'm selfish photo it was a fabulous beautiful old world stepping back in time Vintage Hotel classic classic Beauty.
Cons: I'm going to get right to the point there's a mistake in the date on my booking so the man at the front desk with the kind of balding hair and all sarcastic he said he change a date for me he didn't change the date to change the freaking price doubled it
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location!
Okay 5.0
Pros: The staff was very nice
Cons: It said it had an indoor pool so we canceled our reservation at another hotel to this one. They did NOT have a pool and they did NOT have a workout center. Very very disappointed. When I told the front desk they said we can see about getting you in the
Excellent 9.7
Pros: good breakfast
Cons: in-room ac fan was a bit noisy and took a long time to cool the room
Good 6.0
Pros: Breakfast staff doing excellent job. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: View from one window empty lot with trash in it. View from other window was of highway, construction site, and homeless people working together to dismantle some bicycles!
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The hotel is extremely clean, in a great location, and provides an excellent breakfast. Seattle is a very expensive city to visit and this hotel was reasonably priced and the staff was very friendly. I would stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to others.
Cons: The decor is a little outdated and it would be nice to have a mini fridge/microwave in room as there is room for it.
Good 7.0
Pros: Retro hotel-not the usual Best Western. An historic building kept to its era. Funky, clean, excellent location in Pioneer Square. Friendly staff and standard Best Western breakfast. Nice to get the paper in the morning and our room was large and quiet.
Cons: Inside rooms face a dreary stairwell, but they are very quiet, and it goes with the original floor plan and keeps the integrity of the history of the building. No real complaints.
Good 6.8
Pros: Hotel is on register of historic buildings. Much nice woodwork, well appointed rooms. Pioneer Square nearby. Lots of food locations nearby. Close to Ferry Terminal and harbor area. Four blocks from Link station.
Cons: Elevated freeway right next to building. Did not have a car, but understood parking was expensive. Many homeless people living in tents on street right outside hotel and folks sleeping in doorways making location less then optimal.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Staff was very friendly
Cons: Housekeeping staff needs to learn what the "do not disturb" sign means. Check out is 11am, I left the room at 8:50am for a few moments only to come back and find him cleaning my room. He threw out papers I had sitting on a table and dumped my 3/4 full bottle of wine.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I opted not to stay in a very luxurious conference hotel and stayed here instead for half the price. The BW was very clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Great cookies served in the evening, too!
Cons: Had some trouble connecting to the wifi in my room but it seemed to work everywhere else in the building
Good 6.2
Cons: Everything was great until we encountered front desk clerk at check in. There was a misunderstanding about our reservation and for a minute we thought he was not going to rent us the room. Luckily the other desk clerk stepped in and smoothed the situation. Other than that everything was great.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Alex the cons eared was very helpful in booking our tours and getting cabs for us. The breakfast was very good.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very nice and responsive staff
Cons: Slow elevator
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Wifi and breakfast included. Located near many Seattle attractions (tours, waterfront, stadiums, etc.) in the walkable downtown. Friendly staff.
Cons: Facilities could use some work, especially the elevator (slow). Room was a bit cramped, but overall good value.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Clean and good location for downtown activities.
Cons: Bistro was not open at night during the week, only weekends.
Good 7.0
Pros: Breakfast was great.....A very good variety.
Cons: Parking!!! and neighborhood noise day and night.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location. There was a Link station near. Staff was nice. The tv could be angled to be viewed from the bed. Nice small food shop (but no microwave in room made it hard to buy some item).
Cons: There is no microwave in the room. The fridge did not work. The on site restaurant was rarely open. The pullout bed was really uncomfortable. I paid for a view of the water and was given a room with a porthole seriously a porthole view. The room was never cleaned and the coffee was never restocked.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was a bit tricky at first, didn't know where to park to unload. Once we got it all sorted, it was smooth sailing from then on
Cons: All the rain. lol But you can't control that
Good 7.0
Pros: the staff were friendly and helpful in person. the room was a good size for our needs.
Cons: I called guests services twice with no answer. There was a dirty sock in the closet from a previous guest. the bed had a VERY unpleasant smell. the floor was not vacuumed very well. multiple lights in the room did not work. there was also no information in the room about local restaurants, a channel guide for the tv and important phone numbers. I also noticed there were no security devices on the windows and we were on the 9th floor, scary if there were small children. the restaurant was very understaffed but the staff were nice despite having to literally run around to serve customers. the menu was very limited. Disappointed in the cleanliness and inability to reach staff by phone. The Security Staff outside the hotel were always on their phone cursing and having very personal conversations that were inappropriate.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Loved the bistro downstairs, the kitchenette in the room. Bed was comfy, staff was great! Front door felt secure.
Cons: Should be easier to get individual receipts for shared rooms. Hard to believe Marriott isn't set up to do that.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the hotel is great, the location is ok.
Cons: there should be water available for purchase. the 7/11 which is the closest place to buy anything is not great.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was on the same block as the link transportation pick up area. The staff helped make our 10th Anniversary special with wine and a cute note. They did NOT stereotype us or make us feel unwanted.
Cons: No jacuzzi.
Okay 5.9
I’m titanium with a Marriott never knowledge as one, no free coffee in lobby or grab and go food items. Staff at desk ok, bistro staff nice the whole key thing to get in building pain, sat there looking for key as security guy sat on his phone and didn’t offer to help or open door to see if I needed help. Just all over ok!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location was great for getting to the Seahawks game and to the Pike's Market area. However, the Pioneer Square area is very run down with a lot of homeless people.
Cons: Foldout sofa bed was defective. Pioneer Square has seen better days.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Comfortable and within our price range
Cons: The room was smaller than expected, as was the pool. The area had a LOT of homeless.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: location
Cons: no
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was clean and perfect!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was super close to public transportation and walking distance to attractions.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It's within walking distance of several restaurants and tourist destinations.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Clean and modern
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great location! Very clean! Walking distance to Public Market (pike).
Cons: Checked in early - The only room available was with view to the next building¿s wall - not a city view., which was a bummer There was sketchy people in the vicinity of this hotel, but that¿s everywhere these days. Even saw them by the Four Seasons.
Good 7.0
Pros: View was awesome! Room was excellent!
Cons: Location was great in relation to Pikes Place, but a bit scary to walk to at night.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean, quiet, excellent location.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The only thing I liked about it was that it was in the heart of downtown Seattle
Cons: Yes. The staff, the attention to problems with the room. Water was messed up and couldn't get it fixed. Staff very rude
Good 7.4
Pros: The rooms are spacious and very clean
Cons: I wasn’t so fond of the location at night, it was very scary especially because we had to park a few blocks away from the hotel . It’s not the safest area.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location near Seattle downtown was excellent. Cleanliness and attentive staff made our stay great.
Cons: Airport shuttle timing could be improved.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Hotel was nice. Except there was only 1 bed for 2 people.who were not a couple. It need to be up front if we Re only getting 1 bed . No exceptions.
Good 7.1
Pros: It was clean the bed was comfortable didn’t spend alot of time there so I can’t really speak to anything else
Cons: For the price I would have expected more the elavators were slow, shaken and there is no indicator that the elavator is being called till it shows up.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I can't think of a better location to stay in Seattle. We were walking distance to Pike's Market, the ferries, restaurants. It was a bit tricky to navigate the public transit system. Still, the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, professional, and cordial. The rooms were of a good size, and I'd recommend the upgrade to a bay view: lovely views of the ferries and sunsets.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff provided excellent customer service. I don't know that I've ever had such good service during a hotel stay. The rooms were clean and quite nice, the location is perfect for exploring the pioneer square area. The staff were very willing to suggest great restaurants and activities, and went out of their way to be polite and accommodating. I chose this hotel because of its reasonable price, and was pleasantly surprised with how wonderful it was. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The views, comfortable beds, spacious suites
Excellent 9.3
Cons: Downtown parking was expensive. $37 per night for overnight valet parking at the hote.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Excellent location and the staff is great
Cons: Room could use additional lighting
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Friendly staff upon arrival, continental breakfast was fine.
Cons: Toilet plugged, bathtub backed up during the shower, took my shower at 10:00 am and ran short of hot water, we couldn't get the fan in the room to work, beds are incredibly firm for my taste, and it has that old musty smell. Spoke to the front desk at check out and their response was "well, it's 60 years old". Far too expensive for all the problems. If you MUST stay here, avoid room 106.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Service and cleanliness. Close to where I wanted to go.
Cons: No complaints.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location
Cons: It was very loud. Our room was next to the alley and very loud garage trucks woke us up early both mornings. The breakfast offered was stale hard bagels and cold coffee. It was substandard and very disappointing.

Cons: small bed
Good 7.0
Pros: Location and price.

Cons: Breakfast could be improved greatly by offering a few hot items. The coffee was pretty horrible.

Pros: Place was clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and georgetown attractions.

Cons: Uncomfortable bed. Weirdly small pillows
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly, cordial and helpful. The hotel's breakfast has good coffee and tea and wonderful local yogurt. Very active in re-cycling and composing. A good I repent Hotel and hope it'll stay that way.
Cons: Some stuffy odor on hallway and in room. Took care of the odor in room by open I g the window and turned air-condition to low temperature and high fan.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel staff were all very friendly, as well as helpful/knowledgeable about the area. Room was comfortable and well appointed, and while the airplane noise was a factor while walking around, we didn't notice it as much while in our room.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good location and friendly helpful staff.
Cons: Room was a little small. Lack of HD tv channels.
Good 7.0
Pros: Staff were super helpful. Location and price were great.
Cons: Rooms pretty small. Non-HD tv service.
Okay 5.1
Pros: The artwork was cool and the location central to South Seattle. The continental breakfast looked nice, we didn't get to try it. Wifi was provided. The soaps were lovely and we enjoyed them. There was a comfortable armchair in our room and a little fridge. The Starbucks across the street was a definite plus. Overall it seemed like they were on the verge of getting everything together to be a nice hotel.
Cons: The room was smelled strongly of cigarettes. We asked if there was another room and even though the front desk checked, there was not another room for us. I think they must have recently switched to a non smoking hotel since the only empty rooms had just had the carpets clean and were wet still. We opened the window and cranked up the fan to air it out and went to sleep. We woke up to a very noisy intersection. It's located on the edge of an industrial area and the noise is constant. They provided ear plugs but it was enough to wake us. There was construction outside our window, not their fault of course but it added to the din. The wifi stopped working on our last morning and when I called to ask if the password had changed the front desk didn't seem to know what to do. The clerk who checked us in offered to take some money off for the smokey room and when we went to check out he discovered he took $5 off of the first night.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: staff was very friendly and helpful. rooms were clean, with basic amenities. little things like plenty of convenient plugs for electronics. Continental breakfast was great! Especially the coffee (Vita). Walking distance to good bars and restaurants.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, proximity to airport and food plus great shopping. Safe and close to all major freeways. Highly recommend it.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Staff & cleanliness excellent.
Cons: Room to cramped/small.
Good 7.0
Pros: It was within walking distance of the event we were going to, so that was perfect. Easy to get to, as well.
Cons: The hotel itself was fine - there was a distinct smell of weed around the main entrance of the hotel, which was a little off putting. The "give us your key and you can get it back when you return" was a little awkward, but worked ok.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was an older hotel but was very clean and the location was very good
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I liked the interior of the hotel, they also had lots of local recommendations available. Staff was very nice.
Cons: Could use a little maintenance (stuff on mirror/lightbulbs burned out).
Good 6.0
Pros: Clean room & friendly staff.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location is very convenient to everywhere and just going to KAU KAU BBQ in early breakfast. Alex and all staffs including housekeeping man are very helpful and kind. Beds are comfortable in the private room, like the sink inside.
Cons: No hot water in 4th floor or maybe whole property. Should have air freshener in restroom, bad odor.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: I liked it was close to the train station, light rail and buses. Chinatown is beat up and worn down - just like many of the people in the immediate area. I liked they restored an old hotel to put the hostel in. Pioneer square and the waterfront is a short walk away.
Cons: Boiler was out in mid-November. Staff would leave windows open. Toilet was broken and filled with feces. Cockroaches in kitchen. No staff present most of the day unless you called a number on your phone. A number that often went to voice mail. Bedroom was cold and drafty because the boiler was down and the building wasn't getting adequate heat - which irritated my lungs and gave me a slight cough (something not good to have in the era of covid). I will not stay here again; especially when I consider the other hostel options in Seattle. It's a shame. The original HI-Seattle was the reason I got into hosteling, but they changed locations and quite possibly ownership. This place did not live up to HI standards. Even in the age of covid, if you're going to open, you should have staff in place at the front desk to handle issues during the day. This affected more people than myself.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: good showers, large bag storage, close to public transportation
Cons: not placed in the safest neighborhood.
Good 6.0
Pros: Locate is great. easy to catch up with bus station and metro station. Staff is nice and helpful
Cons: not enough hanger in restroom. light in room is quite dark
Okay 5.0
Pros: A very convenient area, located in Chinatown. The heating in the entire hotel is broken, and a heating fan is provided, but it is still very cold. The hotel facilities are relatively old, but clean. The water temperature in the shower is very unstable, which is not ok. The bed is too soft and sleeps uncomfortably. The hotel staff are very friendly and can borrow hair dryers at the counter.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The one staffer/manager was nice, and we liked having the clock tower out our window. The location is very convenient to public transportation and nicely diverse, south of downtown but not too far. We love having the big common kitchen and big windows there.
Cons: Likely because of Covid… one restroom on our floor lacked any tp, paper towel, seat covers…just not attended, I guess. Low staff may have also been why one oven hadn’t been cleaned (but, really, negligent guests are to blame for leaving their bowl of whatever in there). Not having staff physically around during the day was odd, and we didn’t feel like calling the 24/7 number for everything. Oh, and we expected (from a previous stay) to have a sink in our private room, but ours had been taken out. I got a shrug when I asked…”some do, some don’t…”
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the location, value for money. staffs are good.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: how it’s really close to all the good Asian food and really close to the train station
Cons: the homeless :(
Excellent 8.0
Pros: the location is super
Cons: the heater is not work. it’s cold at night and the room size small. for 4 beds.
Excellent 8.8
Everything is perfect
Excellent 10.0
Value for money, strategic location and clean
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Very decent free breakfast, very helpful staff, bed and accommodation were very basic but that's to be expected with hostels. They'll hold on to your luggage an email extra couple of hours for free.
Cons: Not much, though wish checkout could be noon instead of 11.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: No
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: More comfortable mattresses
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Quiet atmosphere and simple process to check in
Excellent 8.4
The facility of kitchen is good.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Near public transport, great staff members, lots of opportunities to socialize, fully equipped kitchen, very clean.
Cons: Breakfast not really varied, bathrooms not always very clean due to use of visitors. I didnt necessarily like the location, China town.

Okay 4.0
Pros: Location. Clean.
Cons: Strong smell in my room. The shared bathroom has low water pressure. The bathroom is cold.
Good 7.1
Pros: It’s a historic hotel. I think if you know that going in, it’s a fun place to stay. It’s not super luxurious (tiny shared bathroom, creaky bed, clinking pipes, etc), but was fun to stay a night in. All the weird parts gave it character. It seems like most of the building is original, which is cool. The furnishings were lovely.
Cons: The check in process was confusing. I was handed a stack of bookings and told to find mine, which wasn’t in the stack. They then took my credit card info on paper, which didn’t feel super secure, especially because I’d already booked online. Then we bumped into someone later who needed to verify the price I’d gotten online. I rolled with it as I’ve stayed at non-chain hotels before, but the chaotic process bothered my partner.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Comfortable beds. Historic building. Close to train station. Friendly staff.
Cons: Needing to wait for the keys to be brought to the building.
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: The location
Cons: Check in process, the room, the bathroom, staff wasn’t bad just the cleanliness and outdated rooms
Poor 1.0
Pros: There was no breakfast served and I still got billed as if we had breakfast
Cons: No tv or shower or bathroom in the rooms
Mediocre 2.9
Pros: Nothing. Would never recommend this place.
Cons: We had tried to book this room after my friend had drank too much and got sick. I figured it was safer for neither one of us to get in a car. Figured we'd find a place to stay and get up in the morning and drive. While doing paperwork my friend got sick in a TRASH CAN, not on the floor, not on furniture, in a trash can! The guy flipped out and refused to rent us a room. I get not liking puke but its not like we made a mess and we were trying to be SAFE and do the right thing by not getting behind a wheel after drinking. He called his manager and she refused to rent to us as well. He kicked us out and we had to sit on the curb until I could find a better hotel to take us. Fyi which we did and my friend DID NOT puke all over the place. So panama hotel lost my business.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very unique experience. Very comfortable. This place is perfect for the adventurer. The old fixtures are cranky but delightful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very historic (and still original) with many unique characteristics. A hotel experience as it was many, many years ago. Staff was very helpful, accommodating and casual. The Tea House was perfect with wonderful coffee and pastries.
Cons: Nope
Good 6.0
Pros: Location was good, loved the history. Tearoom was top shelf.
Cons: Walking thru the mass of aggressive homeless people. The staff of the hotel itself were pleasant but very odd. the owner was angry & harsh for no apparent reason. Getting ice to chill beverages was a majour ordeal
Good 6.5
Pros: It was quiet. Clean. Close to the track. Like stepping back in time before all the distractions of modern life.
Cons: No tv. Internet. A/c. The price was lower than other places in the area but way to high without having any modern amenities to offer. Also don’t care for sharing a restroom or shower with the floor. But I’m simple. I can do without.
Okay 5.5
In addition to the lukewarm welcome, we encountered bedbugs in room 125
Mediocre 2.5
Pros: Location and that was the only thing.
Cons: Had to wait a half hour to check in, room wasn’t ready and when we were told it was ready, it was dirty. Blankets were dirty, I have pictures. Bedding was dirty, I have pictures. They write down your credit card info and take copies of your drivers license. Which I don’t get why. The facilities are dirty, and shared. And there’s no tv. Waste of 200$ I would’ve rather slept at the train station.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: No bathrooms in room. No tv. No amenities. No clean sheets. Internet service was lacking. No elevator.
Okay 4.2
Pros: I liked that the proprietor loves her property and is proud of it. I love the history of the property and the antique furniture all around. The staff is very friendly at the hotel. The tea room is very interesting to look at and the tea selection is amazing. They have complimentary bottled water available and reliable, free wifi. Easy walk from Centurylink Field.
Cons: The hotel only has double beds, our room only had one two-pronged outlet (the hotel did loan us an adapter so I could plug laptop in), you can't get coffee on location before 8:00 am, and if you get more than one beverage with your "continental breakfast" at the tea room they charge you, (even if one of you didn't eat), there was a fire detector that needed a new battery that beeped all night, the key to the ladies bathroom was very very "tricky" and someone kept closing it (owner told me to leave it open so I wouldn't have to mess with key), the water that filled the tub was brown, the bed was so small and bouncy that I almost fell off twice, and the room had a radiator heater that doesn't warm up until morning, then sweats you out of your room. I didn't mind the stairs, but some might mind the two tall flights up to the lobby, then one more to our second room floor (basically, our second floor room was equivalent of fourth floor with no elevator.) This is at the most, a $70 a night hotel in any other city, but I guess the location helps? Keep vigilent if you walk around Chinatown at night. Fun and interesting, but you have to stay aware of your surroundings.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: it was cozy and very close to where i had to go.
Cons: that i had to walk down the hall to use the bathroom.
Okay 5.1
Pros: Pretty, historic 1910 building, with lots of history and character, most of what you see is no newer than 1950s. Leather stairs, ancient wooden railings, feels like walking back in time. Nice staff, good breakfast. Interesting art and stories. Natural light, eco-conscious. Interesting location (edge of China town, walking distance to Pike place, surrounded by excellent Japanese food).
Cons: Price: given the low level of maintenance, it would have been a perfect place to crash for about half the price (which I've heard is about what it was 10 years ago). After tax, I paid just over $100 for a single room; totally appropriate for the region, but...If they're going to keep the current price, they should have enough money to fix up the basics. Here's my list of things I'd want fixed: 1. Shared bathroom doors should close and stay closed, as should the stalls. Locks on said doors would also be a good idea. 2. Carpet shouldn't block the door to a room when opening. 3. Do not use bungee cords to hold together the otherwise beautiful antique furniture. Likewise with the particle board. They can afford to do it right. 4. Better wifi coverage and reasonable speed. 5. Repaint dirty walls. I think you get the idea: the gorgeous, well-loved historical building deserves much better care, and so do the guests. I really hope that the owner, who seems to be a lovely person, takes this kind feedback to heart. A little attention to the basic details would go a long way to helping this place live up to its potential.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Cool place, I like these folks
Cons: Maybe change the bed frames
Good 6.0
Pros: The Panama Hotel is truly a living museum that tells the story of the first Japanese American immigrants to the United States. Talking to the owner, I was impressed with her knowledge of Japanese American history and her desire to educate future generations
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good price, close to rail and bus system. Good price compared to the other hotels in Seattle. I traveled alone for business, so it was a good choice for me to stay here. However, I would not recommend for anyone other than solo travelers on business.
Good 7.6
Pros: Staff is very helpful, great complimentary breakfast. It's a historical building with a lot history behind. Like living in a museum...
Cons: The restrooms are one per floor, each room has a sink only. The hotel has an air of an old building.

Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Thrre was none and no power
Okay 5.0
Pros: Close to where needed to go, beds were comfortable
Cons: No coffee pot in room, dirty or stained sheets, noisy area, no curtain on bathroom window.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Close proximity to where our family lives and there were no spiders or bugs....which I full heartedly expected by the looks of the place. Glad the ac unit worked.
Cons: It was in a rough neighborhood for starters. This property is old and it shows. Pictures do not depict the poor condition. A couple of cars in the parking lot that looked like they were either abandoned or should be in a junk yard. When we first pulled up I attempted to cancel our reservation but was unable due to non refundable. The smell is the first thing that hits you. Then you notice the living room furniture was littered with stains, (I am assuming the couch got throw out due to four chairs being in one large room. There was no table to eat at, unless you ate at the desk. The microwave buttons had torn plastic and the updating that appears to have been done lacks any type of professional craftsmanship. Tile was cut wrong, edging around windows and doorways was sloppy, patchwork on the walls looked like patchwork. The shower head was 5’ high. Carpets were old and dingy, might be where the funk smell Was coming from. We were tired and unable to get a refund so we decided to deal with it. Upon using the bathroom, to my surprise on the back side of the door was two large areas where someone had wiped the remains of their nose excretions. Needless to say we did not shower or take our shoes off. We should have just slept in our car or just ate the $100 and gotten another room elsewhere. Traffic noise was loud during day light hours thankfully. Finally, the next morning we wake to another two vehicles that appeared to be on their last couple of running miles. And an interesting man wondering around the parking lot. Appears to have been lost but lingered. Needless to say we waiting for him to leave before we went outside.
Good 7.0
Pros: I liked that there was a mini-fridge and a microwave. The room was relatively clean, the bathroom looked nice and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and I liked that their office was open 24/7 since my party and I often went there to refill our water bottles with hot water.
Cons: When we first arrived in our room, we found open packages of condoms (and the condoms themselves, thankfully unused) under one of the mattresses. I was in a room with two Queen beds with my boyfriend -- we just slept on the bed without the condoms and notified staff, which they took care of when they did a full cleaning of the room the next day. The AC/heater is a little noisy and makes the room really dry, but we needed it on because of how cold it was in the night (we were here in February, so temperature was expected).
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff were great!
Good 6.0
Cockroaches, dirty dirty carpet full of stains, stained washcloth which I threw straight in the garbage. Next day got towel with big holes in it. Shower and sink is made out of speckled material as to not see stains or dirt. Breakfast is only til 9 am but don’t bother it’s old cereal which been sitting in plastic container for god knows how long. Rooms are super outdated. Only good thing was bed was comfortable and night shift gentleman working in office was super nice and professional.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is convenient to lots of stuff like pike's place(12 min by car). Neighborhood is kinda sketchy but, not really that bad. Food nearby is great. Price wise it's a steal.
Cons: The bed was crazy old school soft. It's an older place with little updating so lots to be desired but, for the price it's to be expected. The shower is crazy short with a nook bench that I suppose you should sit on to shower but, again. Price is unbeatable.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Affordable, mini fridge and microwave, lots of channels on the tv, and parking!
Cons: Stains on the towels.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfy beds, soft fluffy pillows, heater worked great, decent breakfast.
Cons: No microwave
Okay 5.7
Pros: Based on reviews and pictures it seems quite dingy but the rooms are well maintained, clean and bright. Certainly above what was expected for the price. Although it is located in an industrial area which might put some people off, it was very convenient in terms of location and access to public transport.
Cons: The shower was small, with the showerhead located at roughly my neck height (I'm 5'9", for comparison) and an extremely weak stream. I wasn't especially bothered by the paucity of the "breakfast" but it certainly shouldn't be relied upon to get you going at the start of the day. Only if you haven't got time to get a real breakfast. The mattress was very very firm, which comes down to a metter of preference. Not for me. Staff was very brusque. Not rude but not especially helpful or welcoming either.
Good 7.1
Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. We were just a short drive from city attractions.
Cons: Some of the outlets didn't work, so we couldn't charge phones.
Mediocre 2.3
Pros: They were happy to switch us into a room with two beds instead of one which was what we originally booked.
Cons: We got in late so we didn't notice until the morning that there were no towels in the room, after we left they called us and accused us of stealing their towels saying they were charging us for them and told us we were lying. The bathroom was dirty and had sugar ants crawling all over the floor.

Cons: Pretty much everything.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The front desk representative was rude
Cons: Terrible customer service !!!
Okay 4.0
Pros: The bedding was clean and main room was up to date.
Cons: The door only had the card lock operational. The door frame was damaged and wasn't allowing the other locks to work.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing. I am very upset/disgustex with the experience honestly.
Cons: There was Meth and Marijuana on nightstand and on bathroom counter. Blood on bedskirrt. We checked out 3 min after arrival.
Excellent 10.0
Pros:  the desk clerk was the best thing at the hotel. She was helpful and very personable.
Poor 1.0
Cons: shower faucet was broken and would not turn on. Toilet seat was very loose. Telephone in room had no dial time. When i checked out the clerk told me i¿d have to speak to the manager about an adjustment on bill. Manager unavailable.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Leaving
Cons: This was the most disgusting, unclean, unsanitary hotel I have ever stayed at! I would very much like a full refund. I have pictures upon request.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Old and in desperate need of an update. Definitely not like the photos.
Cons: Smelled like Pine Sol. We were careful not to touch too much. Had to get new sheets to put on top of the existing sheets, cigarette holes in every one,
Good 7.0
Pros: That people mind there own business and just let's you enjoy your stay
Cons: No
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything except the front desk, she was nice
Good 6.0
We all remember the old adage "you get what you pay for". That applies to motels also. I had no problems with the staff. The room desperately needed updating, but seemd to be acceptably clean. The bed was very comfortable. The grounds were dirty and the walkways hadn't seen a pressure washer in years. The clientele was questionable, but since I was one of them I guess you can take that with a grain of salt. Just a few rooms down from me a women just hung herself so the police were there for quite a while...I suppose the hanging may effect my review, but then I'm sure simular things happen in even the best of hotels.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Airport shuttle is a huge help! Bagged breakfast also helpful. I had plenty of privacy.
Cons: The sheets and pillow cases were stained. The blanket had holes. A cabinet was begging held shut with a folded up paper cup. There was only shampoo and no conditioner.
Excellent 8.8
Good rates
Okay 5.0
Pros: It had a fridge and microwave in the room.
Cons: Yes,The clientele sketchy, shady cast of "characters" abound. Someone opened my car door and went through my entire car looking for whatever during the night. I spoke to a friend and was told that THEIVES have a special key that can fit into any car!
Excellent 10.0
very clean and cheap😎
Good 6.0
Pros: Late check in/out. Low rate
Cons: Too much activity outside all night long
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: It was dirty, the room, the floor, the bed. There were ants everywhere even in the bed. The wifi was horrible and slow, disconnecting all the time. The parking lot is creepy and very dirty. Trash piled up 5 feet high at the garbage cans.
Good 6.0
Pros: Ummmm
Cons: Yes, THE DISGUSTING RATS IN THE PARKING LOT.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff here is great and friendly which is one of the reasons I keep going back. Also, they are making wonderful changes and cleaning up the property.
Cons: No
Good 6.0
Pros: The people working at the front desk are really nice and professional.
Cons: There was ants all over the room, the bed sheets were stained with burn holes in the comforter, the fire alarm was completely ripped off of the wall, the soda machine is constantly out of soda.
Good 7.0
Pros: The hotel itself is nice. The staff are nice. Nice location.
Cons: I stayed here a few times. Once the staff leave for the evening is when all the problems start. It always seems to be between 1am and 6am when all the problems start. Each time I have been there.
Good 7.0
Pros: It is in a nice location. Has the potential to be quiet and peaceful but depending on other guests who are staying there. Management seems to be cracking down on things. Tukwila police continuously drive through.
Cons: The guy next door to me started yelling across the parking lot around 2 something in the morning. He was talking to the people who stayed across the lot upstairs. He and the people across went into his room and started smoking marijuana. So it drifted.
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: Room was dirty. Toilet was backed up when we got into the room. Staff gave me a plunger to unclog it myself
Okay 4.0
Pros: The hotel staff was friendly! Check in was easy. Nice to have a continental breakfast included and open early. Airport shuttle is great! Location is near to Airport.
Cons: Room had an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom. Even after flushing the toilet and running the shower the odor was stale and unpleasant. Area a little noisy. Good for a quick over night stay.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Airport Shuttle
Cons: Bed was broke on one side. Room was very unpleasant
Good 7.0
Pros: Breakfast
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: WiFi signal was really bad. There was renovations going on right in next room. It was very loud and disturbing
Good 6.0
Pros: It’ll do. Good for a one night stay. Felt a little dirty but I don’t really have any complaints about the room it’s obviously not going to be in top shape based off the price but to me the price was still a little steep based off what you’re getting. Didn’t have breakfast but seemed decent. Step up from granola bars.
Cons: Staff wasn’t super friendly. Noisy next to the freeway. Overall felt a little dirty mainly
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Not much. Slow processing, thought it was a 2.5 star hotel, not 1 star, but that's more like it. Although room was clean, it was old, door didn't work good, had to be moved 2 times before settling into a room since the card keys didn't work.
Cons: See above. I would NOT ever recommend anyone to stay here. Even for the Days Inns that I've stayed at this one was very bad.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Long line & only one receptionist & she was the same with everyone. No attitude ever. Really appreciate her at check in & same with the lady at checkout. I actually headed to work with my key card & came back to return it & she was ver
Cons: Pillows were noticeably disgusting. & the room really needed a dusting. But for the price & how fast we got it in the last minute it's coo.
Good 6.0
Pros: Staff at front desk and shuttle driver were awesome and professional.
Cons: No
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: It has a airport shuttle.
Cons: Almost everything
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It was extremely close to the airport. The staff were also extremely pleasant and helpful.
Cons: There was a lot of road traffic outside that went on all day and night. There weren't many places we could walk to from the motel, to eat dinner or purchase odds and ends.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It was very close to the Seattle-Tacoma airport, and the price was reasonable for the Seattle area.
Cons: Nearby traffic was extremely noisy (all night long). Too few options for nearby access by foot.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: Everything
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location, location, location-- Just 15 min from Sea-Tac with a free shuttle was key to us international travelers. Also, the price being $100+ less than it's competitors with similar amenities was the kicker!
Cons: We partly stayed here because it had a pool for the kids. The kids loved the pool, but the jacuzzi/"hot" tub was the same lukewarm temperature as the pool. Also, this hotel is not in the greatest neighborhood. The hotel itself is nice, but it's surroundings, not-so-much!
Good 6.2
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: The room needs new furniture. Not very inviting. Kept very clean
Good 6.5
Pros: the room is clean and the bed is good
Cons: But the cable was fuzzy. Someone was slamming a door at 2am. and it woke me up.
Good 6.0
Pros: The staff was friendly room was nice and clean. Rooms need to be updated but over all i would stay again.
Cons: It is right by the freeway it's a bit noisy.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hanging out in a quiet area
Cons: The beds were comfy and warm
Okay 4.0
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Door jam & window screen damaged as if the room had been broken into at some point. The adjoining door was taped shut with packaging tape. The toilet seat had cigarette burns on it and for some reason there were grocery bags stuffed in the holes in the ceiling where the fire sprinkler system once was. Terrible!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: It's a good place to stay and relax )
Cons: No kitchen
Okay 4.5
Pros: Location convenient to airport, and the shuttle and breakfast were appreciated.
Cons: A group of young adults from several rooms held a party on a Saturday night in the courtyard near the pool, starting at 9:00 pm and running until at least 1:00 am. There was a lot of drinking, loud conversation and yelling. It was hard to fall asleep and we were woken at least 3 times by the noise. Each time we called the office, the night person responded ineffectively. We were exhausted the next day. It was one of the worst motel experiences I have had in 40 years of traveling. We also noticed a weird, musty or sewage smell in the room.
Okay 5.7
Pros: I like the price, the size of the room and parking. Having a small basic continental breakfast is alright. The accessibility to the highway is a blessing and a may be a curse for some. Personally I don't mind the highway noise but some may. I like that it comes equipped with iron and ironing board.
Cons: I've stayed here a few times for work. The bathrooms have pretty much all needed to bleached or replaced. It's old and on the grungier side. The shower was a dirtier off white, brown dingy feel and the sink was rusting out. Thought the blow dryer might explode.
Good 6.8
Pros: The sheets were cleaned on a daily basis, the tv was nice, and they had HBO free. They had a small fridge with ice packs to act as a freezer, and a microwave. Two things the days inn here in Spokane does not have. The staff cleaned when I was out so I wasn't bothered by it.
Cons: There was a weird smell whenever I came back from being gone for more than 2 hours. Like the carpets had water thrown on them and were now being dried, but the carpets were not wet. It was very pungent. The side where I was only had six parking spots in front of it, and there were at least a dozen rooms. There was only one time I had to park away from the side facing the rooms but still that is kind of a design flaw. All in all though it's a good place to stay for people who don't want to pay over a hundred bucks a night for one of them fancy hotels.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: That my stay was over
Cons: They are rude bigots
Good 6.2
Pros: meh
Cons: meh. And the heater was hella jank it wouldn't even turn on.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Freeway noise was very loud in room. Heater knob was broken
Good 6.5
Cons: Unhealthy breakfast. It was junk.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Requested Smoking room. Placed in non smoking room. Fan in bathroom didn't work. Outlets in the room didn't work. Half the light bulbs were burned out. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Place to stay. Wish I could give it negative stars.
Good 6.3
Pros: Free Breakfast Airport Shuttle Staff was cooperative and helpful
Cons: Motel is dated. Needs to be overhauled. Location is a problem unless you drove. It is not near anything.
Mediocre 3.3
Pros: nothing
Cons: noisy room, uneven bed, scratched toilet, badly folded towels, only one shampoo for two people, no shower cap

Nasty everything 😜, from the staff to the carpets to the room, bed ECT.... It was a one star motel dirty outside and inside, very dirty..
Excellent 8.0

Okay 5.0
Pros: Friendly staff and driver.
Cons: When answering the phone, please answer with the name of the hotel! Not just "hello". It was very confusing.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Well why is there the say. You get what you pay for. This hotel is extremely aged and needs a remodel in a big way. Can't beat the distance to the airport as it was only a five minute drive from hotel to airport. The staff was very kind and courteous.
Cons: Flooring is old and dirty. Didn't want to go barefoot in the room. Decided to keep socks on at all times and then threw them away where arrived home. Shuttle bus van driver was too aggressive with driving. Felt like he was practicing for NASCAR.
Okay 4.0
Pros: The air conditioner
Cons: Most everything else
Good 6.0
Pros: The 24 hour airport shuttle
Cons: The curtains and bedspreads were old and well-used. I didn't want to take a shower because I was disgusted by the linen, towels, and shower stall. The soap and shampoo/conditioner were poor quality and too small for 2 people in the room
Excellent 9.0

Mediocre 2.0
Pros: I don't recommend for no body such cheap shity place
Cons: My garage is cleaner more classy and better and no one would come open the door without permission shity place i don't recommend to no one
Okay 4.0
Pros: We were moved to a room that was better than the first. Still was fair at best. Bathroom infested with ants.
Cons: First room was filthy. Mold on the ceiling, torn curtains, smears and sticky streaks on the headboards, counter sticky, floors dirty. After we complained we were moved. Fun times for all!
Mediocre 2.8
Pros: The staff were all pleasant and helpful. There was free transfer from the airport.
Cons: Very seedy. In the red light district. The floor was so tilted that we had to switch the pillows (and ourselves) to lie the other way around to avoid sleeping with our heads down hill. I had to lay a towel on the floor beside the bed to avoid stepping on an unidentified smear of something on the carpet. There was a faint odor of damp or protein or something permeating the room. The wake up call system appeared to be defective so we didn't get our call. Enough said.
Mediocre 3.0
It was not good!! It was not anything like it is pictured on line. It looked like a crack motel. It was extremely outdated & cheap. The bathroom fan from the room next door was so loud that the door had to be kept shut to reduce the noise in our room. Lamps did not work. One looked like it had pieces that were found and glued together, lamp shades were torn & dirty or were completely the wrong shade. Linens were soiled, bathroom was not clean, the door had a piece of tape on it to hold where it had split together, the dead bolt did not work, the curtains were not hung properly and would not close properly-missing hooks, carpet had burn marks and stains. The attempt to move me was unsuccessful as that room was just as bad. There was another 'guest' walking by smoking a joint-openly,
Mediocre 3.0
customer service was terrible, not welcoming at all.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very nice staff and clean rooms.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Polite, cooperative staff Location between airport and Burien, where my son lives complementary ride back to airport lots of coffee in the morning
Cons: a bit run-down '60s-'70s motel and decor broken toilet paper holder loose toilet seat too little parking available in parking lot
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: Staff was rude, crazy tweakers that were staying in the room next door kept harassing my boyfriend every time we would leave the room.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Staff was excellent. place was clean and up to date. We will stay again for sure. Price excellent.
Cons: Bed spread was gross!!!!!! Change them.
Mediocre 2.5
Pros: The only good thing was the guy working at the front desk. He was really nice.
Cons: This was one of the dirtiest and cheapest motels I have stayed at. The rooms were crappy, the location was crappy and the price for the place was way too high, spend the extra money for a better hotel. The whole night you could hear people talking outside and there was no sense of comfort in the room.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: it was terrible, there were bed bugs and they needed to switch my rooms. The room they gave me had no telephone and the alarm clock wasn't functional. When I asked for some sort of credit they didn't offer me anything.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very well-equipped room: Comfortable, king-size bed, refrigerator and microwave in the room, air-conditioner, flat screen TV. Courtesy transportation to the airport.
Cons: The towels were pitiful - bordering on worthless.
Mediocre 3.3
Cons: Dirty. Not good English speaking staff. Warm breakfast beverages, ( milk, juice).
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: We had a reservation for a 2 queen bed suite and called a week ahead to confirm and notify them that we would be checking in after midnight due to our late arriving flight. They said no problem their desk was 24/7. When we arrived around 12:30 AM there was a note on the locked door saying they would be back in 10-15 minutes. 15 minutes later I called the number on the note and was told it would be another 5 minutes. It turns out the desk clerk is also the person who picks people up at the airport. When we finally got into the room the first thing we did was lay down on the beds to try them out. They were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever been on in my life. We think they put the box springs on top by mistake. We could feel every metal coil on our backs. There was almost no padding whatsoever. I went into the office to let the desk clerk know and he seemed dismayed. He said we had the best room in the place and there had never been a complaint before. We were shocked. There were four of us and none of us had ever been on such uncomfortable beds before. Another person had checked in right after us and stopped by to see for herself and she couldn't believe it either. We asked for extra blankets to use as pads but were told they are not provided. The clerk came into the room but didn't seem to interested in checking out the bed. We were offered a full refund so we chose to leave and drive home to the Portland area as we knew we wouldn't be able to sleep on the beds.
Okay 5.0
Pros: You get what you pay for. The bathroom was very clean.
Cons: The room wasn't as pictured when booking, it smelled like an antique place. Most outlets didn't work and bed sheets were stained.

Good 7.0
Pros: friendly staff
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Near the airport
Cons: Staff tried to short me $10 on my change. Free Breakfast was advertised, but closed due to Covid. Curtain in room was ripped off the rod. Room was dirty.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Front desk clerk helpful in spite of limitations
Cons: No shuttle No breakfast Coffee maker missing from room
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: The establishment was very unclean. Vast amounts of stains were visible outside my room. Once I had gotten into my room I didn’t settle in due to an odd, very apparent odor and concerns regarding the broken door handle and questionable effectiveness of the door lock.
Good 6.0
Pros: The breakfast bar the room and the location of the hotel
Cons: The ac unit wasn't working and one of the blanks had lipstick stain on it.
Poor 1.0
Pros: It was close to my daughter's home.
Cons: Pretty much everything. Parking was crazy. On the day I left, there was a vehicle parked illegally behind me, so I had to go inside and take the desk person out to guide me out. Parking below was dark and I didn't feel safe. TV went out the first night.
Poor 1.0
Pros: It was close to the airport
Cons: Everything no doorhandles on doors fridge raider didn¿t work JV curtain be turned remote drawer downSome of the lights didn¿t work phone didn¿t work alarm clock didn¿t work talk to the staff told me there¿s nothing I can do
Okay 5.0
Pros: Near airport
Cons: Room smells. Wifi is terrible. Devices cannot connect to Wifi. The table is not cleaned and still had juice on it. No breakfast.
Okay 4.0
If you're willing to look past the delapidated, filthy state of this run down hotel, that does NOT serve breakfast, you may notice they do have friendly staff, clean sheets and towels. Unfortunately, those are their ONLY redeeming qualities.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The door would not close The room was dirty The stag was mot friendly
Okay 5.2
As a solo female traveling, it was really disheartening to have a room with broken curtains that wouldn’t close all the way with street viewing for anyone to pop their head through if wanted. Secondly, Pube hair in the bath tub before I’ve showered is super gross.
Okay 5.6
Free breakfast and complimentary shuttle unavailable because of COVID-19. Had I known in advance I would've booked a different hotel closer to the airport with a shuttle. I had to pay for a taxi although Hotel is listed at airport hotel pickup spot.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Nt
Cons: Very dutti
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: First room didn't have AC, but they moved us to a room that did. The door to the room looked like it had been hit with a battering ram and didn't close properly. No continental breakfast as advertised. No airport shuttle as advertised. Wifi was glitchy
Poor 1.0
Pros: This hotel was our worst hotel experience. I don¿t know how they achieved 2 stars. It felt unsafe and unclean and dangerous.
Cons: The hotel was filthy. It was expensive despite being dilapidated. It was impossible to get anyone from the front desk to answer the phone. The locks on the door were loose. When we arrived, staff was screaming at a guest to get out before they called cops
Poor 1.0
Cons: This is a bad hotel, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Good 6.0
You get what you pay for. Super cheap room, everything about it dirty & outdated.
Excellent 9.2
Well worth its price so we're still look and its location so close to the city's bus lines . Basically able to get anywhere without a car.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Beds were comfortable
Cons: The door was crooked and gaps showed when closed. The swing lock latch had been broken like someone had kicked the door in. The window on the ground floor could not lock and a thief could easily slide the window open and come in. Worst stay ever.
Mediocre 3.2
The room was absolutely unbelievably run down and dirty. The curtains were torn from the window and rigged back up on the rod so they didn’t cover the entire window and the parking lot had a great view of our room and they were unable to move us because we had the nicest room already. There were cigarette burns and numerous stains on the carpet and the phone in the room didn’t work. The box springs were wrapped in plastic for what I can only assume was to prevent bed bugs. Even the light switches were covered in dirt and grime. The front desk staff were patient and lovely but that wasn’t enough to compensate for the rooms. I will say the sheets were clean and smelled nice but I was so creeped out by everything else it didn’t matter. The price break isn’t worth it. Pay the extra and stay somewhere else.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: no shuttle
Poor 1.0
Pros: Obviously nothing
Cons: again nothing
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The location was ok.

Pros: Location
Cons: Overall grumpiness curtains not covering window key didn¿t work carpet dirty and soiled.
Excellent 8.0
Near the airport, staff is very friendly. Not much around the hotel but DoorDash delivers.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location was close to airport, so convenient to get to when we landed.
Cons: Where do I start? The TV in our first room was broken. The front desk guy didn¿t seem to care. The second day, we switched rooms. The dresser door was broken off and just sitting to the side. A light fixture on the ceiling was hanging by wires.
Mediocre 2.0
Rooms are not clean. Front desk took 30 min to check us in as he had no experience with the system. Rooms stink. They never offered BF, but agoda says free break fast. Locality gives a creepy feeling .
Excellent 8.8
I came to eat, literally. And that's what I did. It was a short meaningful trip. As for the hotel, it is a bit outside of the city, but Lyft was SO available, i didn't mind it. Also ventured on public transportation which was amazing.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Na
Cons: So much. Room dirty food left from last guest in fridge. Tub did not drain. Staff was rude. We checked out early.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The lady I believe was very sweet. Other than that the hotel room was terrible.
Cons: Room was unclean. Floor. Bed. Everything.
Mediocre 2.0

Cons: Staff are very unprofessional
Okay 4.4
When I made the res I asked for a shower chair. They said I had to ask at the desk when I checked in. They couldn't reserve it in advance. When I got there; they said they don't have shower chairs there. They could have told me that when I asked so I could have made other plans. No refunds on reservation so I was stuck there and wasn't able to take a shower for 4 days. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable, wasn't able to sleep well. The curtains in my room were falling off the windows, they looked very raggedy. There was no instructions on the phone for how to use it. not even the front desk. They advertise breakfast but there wasn't any. I'm disabled and the ramp from w/c parking was so steep I lost control of the luggage rack and it got away from me I thought I was going to fall so had to let it go out into the road; luckily no one was coming. They don't have anyone to help you. In 4 days; no housekeeper came to my room. They don't clean the rooms. They don't make the bed, exchange towels, empty the trash or anything. They apparently only clean when you check out. The maids always blocked the halls and doorways with their carts and made it impossible to get by. It may be convenient to the airport but I didn't really know where I was and there are a million turns to get out of there. I needed to be at South Center, not at the airport. That was my fault; I thought I was making a res somewhere else. My TV didn't work but someone came to my room and fixed it for me. It wasn't cheap but it should have been, considering the service and the room. The staff weren't very personable or friendly. I would not stay there again but I would leave it up to others to decide if those things would bother them.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Had 3 pillows.
Cons: $150 deposit to stay. Been 3 days still not refunded. Door handle into the room was broken. The deadbolt was off the door and on the ground. Cleaning supplies left in the room.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: great price, easy access to where we needed togo
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: The first room we got smelled like cigarette smoke. They gave us a new room that also smelled, but not like smoke. the iron and ironing board were both broken. The toilet's water pressure was so low it hardly flushed.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Price was cheaper than most in the area
Cons: They charged me for a roll away that I didn¿t use. They won¿t return my calls for a refund.
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: I wish it had a different name. There's another closely named hotel "Ramada by Wyndham Seatac Airport" with the "North". The room I was given was non-smoking, but reeked of cigarette smoke. It was coming from the bathroom.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The cleanliness of the room.

Excellent 10.0

Pros: Nothing. It was a place to stay since it was paid.
Cons: items within the hotel were outdated. An Alarm clock but it was inoperable. No cleaning was done; found another individuals mask, no 'free breakfast' despite listed in description.
Good 7.6
good location, conveniently close to everything you could want and need. this is convenient because the items they have for purchase are very overpriced. also, if you have your own transportation, there is not much parking spaces available so you may have to park along the street.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Very quiet
Cons: Did not know that free breakfast had been canceled. Not stated on web site.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: They charge way too much for parking
Cons: They charge way too much for parking
Okay 4.0
Pros: The room was the cheapest around.
Cons: The room was not clean and there was a burn from a clothes iron on the carpet and one on the headboard!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was nice. Room was comfortable. Place was quiet. Within walking distance of stores and fast food other restaurants.
Cons: The only thing I was disappointed in and it may have been a fault of mine was the surprise $150 deposit which I did not know about before checking in/reservation. Luckily, I had some extra cash on me to cover it.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Elevator and other machines all work. The rugs in the rooms are luxurious, lush and top notch. Most of the furniture is American Revolution classic style - dark, wood with deep drawers and chaise lounge in each room.
Cons: The price of self-laundry machines was exorbitant. The white towels and comforters were not cleaned properly and dark scuff-lije marks or little stains from red wine or blood were visible here and there. More quality assurance needed.
Okay 4.0
Cons: Mold on walls in multiple locations. Iron burn print on carpet. Duct tape on interior door frame trim.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location was good (close to airport)
Cons: The room was not well kept. The carpet needed vacuuming, the sink and bathroom were not clean, there was crumbs and dust on the desk.

Okay 4.0
Pros: The location was great.
Cons: I was very upset that they said they had a shuttle, but when I arrived, it was broken and was offered no assistance with transportation to the motel. I had chosen this motel specifically because of the shuttle.

Good 6.0
Pros: The room was lovely, and clean.
Mediocre 3.1
Cons: Bed bugs. No shuttle. Unclean bed sheets even though we asked for new ones. Dirty bathrooms.
Excellent 8.5
This is the hotel to stay at. I have visited all over the Seattle and this is a gem. I call this a smiling hotel. I never stopped smiling from the time I arrived until I left. Lovely staff and great location. don't miss the chance to visit this hotel if you are going to Seattle Especially if you're near the airport this is the nearest one from it The staff at this hotel are kind and hard working. AJ was pleasant and helpful. Disappointed that the shuttle wasn't running, but other than that it was a good stay. Bus stop is close. Hotel is a little outdated, but our room was clean.
Mediocre 2.5
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Stains on sheets. Chipped paint. Van broken so free shuttle to airport was not! The hotel would not reimburse for transportation and would not let us cancel reservation. Cost us additional $30 and our room was disgusting!
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: not staying
Cons: greedy low life money blind I did not stay but you be your own judge.
Mediocre 3.7
Pros: Pleasant, concerned, and helpful front desk and shuttle staff. Nice to have juice and coffee available through the night.
Cons: Bedbug I found, oddly on bathroom wall; No return call as promised by manager re bedbug; Sketchy location (loiterers, heard gunshots); Vague vibe of being unsafe.
Mediocre 2.5
Pros: nothing
Cons: location, building, décor, breakfast started at 6 and we left at 4.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: Ramada dropped my reservation.
Okay 4.8
Pros: The hotel is affordable and close to the airport. The continental breakfast is a bit minimal, but they had a Waffle maker, so SCORE!!! There is a workout room with the basic equipment (it a bit funky located in the garage, but a rare luxury in a budget hotel) The staff was quite nice too.
Cons: The rooms are below the usual Ramada standard. When I arrived the bathroom door was locked. After they unlocked it, the toilet was plugged up and unusable, so they had to send a maintenance guy up to sort it out. The A/C was pretty noisy and looked/felt like it was on its last legs. Finally, the shower plumbing was jacked up, and it was nearly impossible to get a decent temperature (too hot or too cold were easy) while also having water pressure... it was the plumbing equivalent of having to hold the TV antenna to get decent reception (sorry, those under about 50 have no idea what I am talking about).
Good 6.2
Pros: Closeness to Seatac Price
Cons: Got sent to room already occupied Walls kinda thin Neighbor coming and going all night with door slamming
Okay 5.1
Pros: I enjoyed the staff at the Ramada Inn. They were always very friendly, courteous, helpful, and always helped to work through problems. The breakfast was sufficient as well. The location was convenient as it was not located in a busy area and we were able to get in and out of the city with little to no issues.
Cons: The Ramada Inn is definitely a limited hotel--I would say that that it is best for limited stays. I brought a large group of students for a week long stay, which I must say was maybe a little too long. The beds were uncomfortable, one room smelled, and one room had mold in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and moved our bus driver promptly when we mentioned the issue. The rooms were cleanish. The blankets were small and definitely not enough for two people--I ended up using my own blanket to stay warm. Overall, if I were to return, it would be one or two days at most.
Good 6.8
Pros: Customer service. Was very accommodating and friendly to deal with. Day staff eager to please.
Cons: The room was cluttered with unnecessary furniture and lacked more useful amenities. It didn't have enough clothes space for hanging outerware. I suggest putting up bigger/open closet w/hangers and remove excess footrests/armchair and instead add at least a couple of chairs to go with the utility table.
Okay 5.4
Pros: Waffles
Cons: Parking was small. Place smelled like weed both out in the parking lot and inside commonplace. There was a cigarette burn on my sheet. Outdated tube TV that didn't work
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Convenient to the airport. Comfortable. Excellent breakfast. friendly staff. Very good value.
Cons: Coffee and grounds left in the coffee maker in the room. No real problem probably an oversight when the maid was cleaning the room. Never could figure out the operation of the TV and probably just as well since I got to bed earlier than I would have if I had been able to watch TV
