Pros (+) Place is beautiful, and facilities are great. Hotel staff was nice. There was a gentlemen named Kimmy who really helped me out as the airline lost my luggage. He did a lot and was very helpful.
Cons (-) There was once lady at the front desk that was not so helpful and I don't think really fit into place at such a nice hotel.
