Cons (-) Did not make bed everyday. The do housekeeping every other day? Not sure what is the reason. Our car also got scraped in the parking lot do to incompetent drivers and poorly designed parking lot. Does not plug electronics in. Fridge was filled with mold because they unplug it when the guest is not using it.the corners of all the furniture were sticky and dirty. Towels were dirty and marks all over...
