Pros (+) I stay there regularly because the facilities are excellent and the service could not be better. Location is also an advantage being close to the MRT and easy access toe Gardens by the Bay for running.
Cons (-) Check-in and check-out is always slow.

Cons (-) Only complaint I have is that the temperature in the lobby bar is too cold to enjoy the wonderful ambiance that exists in that venue.
