Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, spacious and well-designed rooms, and the quality of the breakfast. Many appreciated the amenities and cleanliness. However, there were repeated complaints about uncomfortable beds, outdated facilities, maintenance issues, and occasional cleanliness concerns such as mold or odors. Some guests also noted problems with the pool and hot tub being out of order, and a few mentioned accessibility issues. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most guests.
