Sixt Customer Service lied to me.! I called to make sure that they provided shuttle from the Sonestan to the airport. It cost me $35 to take an Uber. The person at the counter said " well Customer service is in India. They don't know we don't have shuttle. Sixt only gsve me two off site drop off locations. Easy quick pickup and drop off. Very helpfull person at drop off to reach our airline. Only negative might be the rental pickup area in MSP was quite dark, so a bit hard to see any existing conditions. Luckily the car was without any issues that were not previously noted.Reviewed 4 Nov 2025

Thought I booked one of the highest levels and got something smaller than what I was expecting so I was a little bummed. Volvo x40 was relatively new and nice, but for the price I paid I would have expected something a little larger like a bmw x5 or something. That’s the only disappointment. The car park is a little tight. It was OK on pick up, put on drop off they had the lanes blocked in both directions with rental cars being returned. It made it kind of chaotic.
