Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the airport and local amenities. Many reviewers also found the hotel to offer reasonable value for the price, particularly for short stays or overnight stopovers. However, cleanliness is a major concern, with numerous complaints about dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and pest issues. Service is also frequently criticized, with reports of unhelpful or rude staff, reservation problems, and maintenance delays. Overall, while the location and value are positives, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.AI-generated from customer reviews
