Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially for visiting Zion National Park, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. Many appreciated the modern, well-equipped rooms and the inviting pool area. Pros (+) Proximity to Zion with the view. Hostess was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great and self-serve.
Cons (-) Room was comfortable and clean. Heater was noisy and woke us up a few times
Pros (+) I can not say enough good things about this hotel. The located was excellent. The park gate was maybe 100 feet away. We had only booked 2 nights and loved it so much we stayed 2 extra days. The land scape is all around you, breathtaking. The food in Springdale was fabulous. Try Oscars, Wiptail Grill, and the best steak I have ever had was at Switchback Grille.. The rooms were so clean, beds were s...

Pros (+) room was clean and updated
Cons (-) bed could likely stand to be replaced, was too soft
Pros (+) Comfortable room. Close to Zion. Springdale was charming and friendly.
Cons (-) Not particularly spacious. The bath faucet was dripping somewhat heavily.
Pros (+) Perfect location next to Zion, great room with a rustic feel.
Cons (-) Two pillows did not have cases on them and looked dirty. Everything else was fine.
Pros (+) The bathroom was cold and the handle for the shower was not very User friendly. The bed was super comfortable. We were disappointed to find out that there was no restaurant operating. They told us that it had not been in operation for the last two months. . At least they had a nice coffee machine and juice machine in the reception area. But that didn't open till 8 o'clock in the morning, and we ha...

Pros (+) Comfortable, clean room with good beds. Pool and hot tub are great for kids. Just a short distance from the park.
Cons (-) Restaurant was closed on Sunday.
Pros (+) Good Location. Overall Friendly
Cons (-) Our room was poorly maintained. The toilet and shower did not work well. Had water damage in bathroom. The carpet was dirty. It was the most expensive motel on my trip
Pros (+) The place is older, for sure, and not as "boutique" as some of the inns and B&B's. It's not modern like some of there chains, either. But I loved it. It was relatively inexpensive compared to any other place available (and months before our trip to Zion hotel rooms were hard to come by) -- staying near Zion isn't going to be cheap. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were super clean an...
Cons (-) The restaurant was apparently closed down when we arrived - we were looking forward to having dinner in our hotel but it never opened and we had no idea why.
