The Old Course Hotel has a wide range of fitness classes on offer at the Spa Fitness Centre, and with over 10 different types of exercise you will definitely find something that you like. Choose between higher intensity classes such as Indoor Group Cycling, Power Hour or Circuits, or low impact classes such as pilates or yoga, or you might just want to do a bit of stretching with the Stretch and Flex Session. The Old Course Hotel holds regular beverage themed events such as Cocktail Masterclasses every second Friday and Whiskey Tastings which happens every second Saturday, both of which cost £15 (about $20) per session. Alternatively, head to the Swing Studio which is an indoor golf simulator where you can choose one of 60 courses to play a game on, at the end of which you will be able to check out statistics like your club speed, the ball speed and the number of sidespins, amongst others.

While the Old Course Hotel doesn’t offer an early check-in option, the staff will be happy to store your luggage until your room is available, and in the meantime you are welcome to use the spa facilities, or to have lunch at one of the restaurants.(Prices checked 06/05/19).
