We appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff were. Breakfast was also well done, and the cleaning procedures appeared to be taken seriously. The room itself was large and spacious, which was welcome after a long drive.

Pros (+) The fact that we had 3 full beds with the pull-out couch.
Cons (-) There were pieces of old cereal on my daughters box spring and cereal and candy on the floor all along the base boards between the beds and the bottom of our comforters. Clearly, the room wasn't cleaned properly or vacuumed. There were also makeup stains all over my daughters linens. At least we can hope it was JUST makeup and not some bodily secretion.
