6.0 Good
Pros: Amenities were better than expected (bistro). Very knowledgable helpful staff.
Cons: over-priced; the room we got should not cost more than $150 USD
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is amazing. Usually you find 1 or 2 exceptional people at a hotel; everyone I have experienced - from front desk to cafe to janitorial staff - is amazing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is amazing. Every time I stay there, they know my name, everyone is so friendly from Front Desk to Housekeeping and Cafe servers. I have never experienced a hotel where ALL staff is so welcoming; I see this as a sign of great management.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very well kept. Staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. Convenient location.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Starbucks in the lobby. Variety of restaurants and shopping close by. Close to freeway but not too close. Free paper in the morning. Desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Great gym.
Cons: Pool was small. No microwave in the room. Starbucks in the lobby did not offer my wife's favorite drink, so still had to visit a Starbucks. No continental breakfast. Elevator was slow n noisy. Other staff was accommodating but not overly friendly or happy
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed at this hotel repeatedly over a long period when we visit family in Stockton. We're very comfortable here! The rooms are sizeable. The beds are invariably very comfortable. The staff are friendly, caring and helpful. The parking is close and bountiful. Moving our stuff in and out is easy. The area and the property are beautiful, very quiet and near a doughnut place whose "hot sign" is always on. What more could we expect?!
Cons: The breakfast was satisfactory for a hotel that provides complimentary breakfasts - order at counter, limited choices, order delivered from displays in counters (Starbucks) - but we paid, as I remember, $31 for it. When we stay at this hotel, we normally go out to a sit-down restaurant nearby.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Friendly staff. Clean. Quiet. Affordable. Good location, close to I5 but not so close that it's noisy. Surprisingly good food at the bar vis a vis the limited kitchen facilities.

Pros: I was pleased with the location and room itself. Beds were comfortable and I liked that the suite had kitchen necessities.
Cons: I was not happy with the check in process. My room was not ready upon arrival. I left for over an hr and returned and the room was still not ready. I did not get checked into my room until an hr and a half after the check in time. The garbage disposal did now work and needed maintenance to come fix it not even 30 minutes into our stay.

Cons: Checking took a little longer than I’d wished.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location is nice.
Cons: Staff was rude and could not find my reservation ...... so with a name like Mike Smith that was odd. Then the woman behind the desk ran my card three times for $420.00 each which tripped a fraud alert from Wells Fargo. Not what I needed to deal with after a 600 mile drive, but that is exactly what I had to deal with. My paperwork clearly said KING Sized Bed ....... the room had a queen sized bed and was told there was not a king bed available.

Pros: the location of the hotel was convenient and the price was nice
Cons: They were overbooked so one family in our party did not have a room at all and had to drive over an hour back home. The room was not clean and extremely run down. Not to mention there was definitely all walks of life staying at the hotel one room was so loud and saying things that scared my 12 year old daughter so much she spent 15 minutes refusing to stay there. It's just not a place I would recommend a family, children or young women to stay on their own.

Cons: The bed squeaked and made noise every time we moved. It was noisy outside. There weren't enough towels.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: This place is absolutely TERRIBLE. I don’t know which is worse, the horribly rude staff or the dilapidated rooms! The room smelled like vomit. The heater AC unit was broken. The bedding on both beds had holes and stains on them. The door isn’t secure and was too small for the door frame that you could see outside. The night stand had some sticky residue on it. Two of the four lamps were missing bulbs. The towel had stains on it. The toilet seat was stained. The shower faucets broken. When we asked to move they said we were out of luck. After asking several times that they at least change the dirty sheets, we finally gave up! People outside were fighting all night. The walls are paper thin. My family and I could here the couple next door. You could hear the people upstairs walking. It sounded like we were under a dance studio. They did not stop tapping their feet until 2am and promptly resumed at 6am. DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!! Just look at the photos!
