Cons (-) Poor water pressure and no hot water despite being put into a brand new rennovated room on 5th floor.
Pros (+) The reception staff were friendly and professional. The room was a good size and very clean. The housekeeping staff were very friendly.
Cons (-) The top sheet on our bed was ripped. The shower door was off the track. The room temperature went from one extreme to the other no matter how we adjusted it. The breakfast was disappointing.
