Pros: This is my 2nd time staying here. Me and my family enjoyed our stay so much last year, that we decided to stay again. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. We had the poolside room where you can see the beach, palm trees and pool. It was wonderful waking up every morning and sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee and just relax. We will definitely be staying again.
Cons: I don't have anything negative at all to say.
Pros: Beachfront, pools and very close to shopping, restaurants and activities
Cons: Can be expensive
Pros: The property was gorgeous, classically elegant Florida. Low key and no overcrowding! The beach was beautifully maintained and the beAch staff - especially Lane were so nice and attentive!
Cons: Restaurant service was spotty - the food was very good but even with low volume the service was not very attentive. We frequently waited a long time for service, had to ask for silverware, more water, etc.

Pros: Staff were absolutely amazing, thumbs up to the crew. The pool is absolutely beautiful, rooms clean, beach is five seconds from the pool. Highly recommend staying here!!!
Cons: Staff from the pool really rude open more time the pool
Pros: Great time
Pros: Location, great pool, lots of on site food choices, no need to even leave the resort
Cons: The housekeepers would forget to clean the room. Mattress is terrible
Pros: I loved everything about the place
Cons: The only thing I didn't like I was treated to two days at the hotel and it was paid for at checkout I was charged for hotel fee complimentary water a chair on beach that was a bit strange they should include it in the price especially When U check in and they tell you it's complimentry I get a bit cheated
At Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort, you can spend time at the beach sipping drinks, plus you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Aventura Mall. 3 outdoor pools provide a splash of fun, while guests in the mood for pampering can visit the spa to indulge in deep-tissue massages, facials, and aromatherapy. Dining choices include 8 restaurants and the 3 poolside bars are great places to grab a cold drink. A bar/lounge and a 24-hour fitness center are other highlights, and rooms at this upscale hotel offer up nice touches like pillowtop beds with premium linens.
Pros: The hotel property itself and the location are great features!
Cons: I booked a non-smoking room, but my room had a strong remnant odor of smoke that probably was infiltrated in the carpet. Particularly irritating about this was the fact that I was compelled to sign a penalty fee commitment upon check-in if there was evidence of smoking in the room during my stay.
Also, housekeeping services were below standards I expected.

Cons: I'm surprised there wasn't a pay-toilet! Extra for everything.
Pros: Located on beach near Birch Park. Kayaks, paddle boards, lounge chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc available on beach for guests. Valets, check in folks, & staff in general excellent. Rooms nice with good layout and generally quiet. Maid service okay- did not clean our room one day, even tho gone during mid day for about 3.5 hours- not really a biggie as rooms well supplied except for coffee. Saw young, middle aged, older, and family's with small children- EVERYBODY looked like having a good time.
Cons: Two things- one morning fire alarm system tested for about an hour. Very loud speaker- wonder why cannot check b/t check in/checkout vs mid morning. Maybe fire dept controls and hotel does not have a choice. Other thing is somewhat trivial- hotel has very limited TV channels; missed The Walking Dead:( But wife could watch Oscars on other TV. Having 2 TVs a plus, even tho channel access limited.
Pros: Beautiful ,quaint ,romantic hotel on the beach. Nostalgic luxury. Our new go to vacation Resort!
Cons: Bathroom could use some attention to the grout. Little mold here and there. Overall still an excellent place to stay.
Pros: Our room was spacious and the view was gorgeous! The balcony off our room and on the back of the resort was great. We really enjoyed eating and having a few drinks out there. The resort's beach was very nice and the guys that worked the beach stand were very attentive. All of the staff were very friendly as well. We had a great time!
Cons: The bar closes at 11:30pm, which seemed kind of earlier. We were there at close Saturday night and there was at least 30 people in there still wanting to stay at close.
Pros: I absolutely loves this place. Great location, friendly staff, amazing food. And the beds were xtremely comfortable.
Cons: Parking was a bit expensive. $30/night
Pros: The rooms are a bit dates but beautiful, and the location, staff and amenities more than make up for it!

Private balconies with sweeping ocean views, oceanfront dining and pool with a lazy river and private beach provide the perfect sanctuary to escape. A central location to area attractions and businesses makes our location a popular choice for leisure and business travelers alike.
Pros: Our group of 12 guys went down for the Jets v Miami football game 11/4-7. The staff and facilities were top notch. The pool area was small but nice. The location can't be beat, right on the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, steps from the beach. Everything you need for your stay is in walking distance. Fly into FLL and 15 minutes late and $13 shared cab ride later you are enjoying everything South Florida has to offer.
Cons: Renovation work in restaurant / bar was noisy and disruptive.

Pros: Clean hotel, close to lots of restraunts in bars. We will be back we enjoyed our stay.
Cons: Hair in our food we had order d room service. It we let the hotel know and they refunded us our dinner so they had great customer service.
Pros: Loved that it is right on Las Olas Blvd and that right around the corner is the river walk.
Cons: Staff were very nice I just felt they just didn't go out of their way. I really didn't like having to pay for parking.
Cons: I would go back to the Riverside. But, I would only stay on the EAST side of the building and inspect the room carefully before accepting. Our room was in need of paint and repair. A charge for everything including parking. I still never figured out why there was no access to the mini bar in the room. In a hotel like this, I was expecting MORE.
Riverside Hotel is the only hotel located on Las Olas Boulevard which features sidewalk cafes, lively nightclubs, chic boutiques, art galleries, and world class restaurants. Las Olas Boulevard runs from the center of the Downtown Business District to the Atlantic Ocean and Fort Lauderdale Beach. Pros: The Marriott Courtyard Hotel Fort Lauderdale East was a great value for the money; I had requested via the Bookings.com app a hotel room on with a 'preferred' view and was presented with a fourth floor pool view hotel room that was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The staff was efficient and courteous and the facilities were of very high quality. The hot tub was an excellent touch to the pool area. I would definitely choose this hotel over similarly priced hotels in the area as it was a great experience.
Cons: The only thing that was missing was a coffee maker in the room.

Pros: Loved the look of the hotel. Very modern and beautiful.
Cons: The toilet did not work upon arrival. Called twice to get it fixed, but did not get fixed. Had to go to first floor from 6th everytime toilet use was in need. Definitely not happy about that.
Pros: Pretty sure the housekeeping folded my clothes. That's weird.
Cons: Didn't quite follow the card provided for green housekeeping. Hung towels still replaced. Would have been alright with them being left to reuse.
Pros: Room was very clean and had a number of thoughtful touches. The staff was thoughtful and very caring. I have stayed at many high end hotel chains and the Rennaisance is exceptional for comfort and service.
Cons: There is nothing I didn't like. I will be staying at the Rennaisance again.
Pros: All the staff was very friendly and they did anything to accommodate you. The manager on duty on 02/14 was excellent. When he was told about our inconveniences, he went out of his way and gave us a refund from our expenses and on top of that gave us free breakfast to go.
Cons: Did not receive room service at all. Had to ask for towels every time.
Pros: We made a very last minute booking when we missed our flight due to delays in the Florida Keys. We chose the Renaissance because it was close to the airport without being on top of it.
We were welcomed like we were long anticipated guests and made to feel totally comfortable. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms clean and cozy.
We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.
Cons: There wasn't anything to dislike.
Pros: Excellent front desk service

Pros: The room was very clean and it had a nice Jacuzzi. Most of the staff was nice.
Cons: The pool was dirty, the eggs made me sick, the channel guide in the room wasn't working and none of the staff knew which channel was h.b.o plus there was a deposit.
Pros: Price was great.
Cons: Local police was waiting at someone's room. Another day I saw an officer at the front desk.
Pros: The room
Pros: Everything the room setting location
Cons: I was charged twice for my hotel stay. taking the spending money i had set aside out of my account basically ruining my weekend 😬

Pros: Room was clean, good size, and staff was GREAT!
Cons: The only downside was on our way to the beach, they had run out of clean beach towels.
Pros: Courteous Staff. Great location. Very accommodating. More than suitable for a day or two. Excellent restaurants nearby.
Pros: Great location- big sun deck- good drink specials- gym with all the essentials including towels and water and machines with tv's
Cons: Room won't go under 65 and I like to sleep very cold so that was frustrating. Also the pool is very small and not close to sun deck so you have to walk down to another level to take a dip. Also some of the staff is not the friendliest.
Pros: Daryl Fuentes and Patrick were working the front desk onThursday during the day. They were very helpful when I had an administrative task I couldnt complete for a business portion of my trip. Additionally they, and the rest of the staff during my time there know hospitality naturally and made my staff wonderful after a long flight and a last minute booking. Thank you again to the whole staff!
Cons: Check in
Pros: Great location right across from the beach, very friendly/helpful staff. Rooms were clean.
Cons: As in other reviews they are still working on the elevators which leads to a decent wait and then filling up quickly. We were in the 12th floor (top floor) which made it a lot easier to access the elevator then the middle/lower floors. If the elevators were fully working then I'd have no reason not to give this hotel a 5 star rating based on my experience.
Pros: Location and rooms were nice enough. The valet service was very good.
Pool bar personnel were great.
Cons: Elevators didn't work very well - took the stairs often.
I thought the cost of the in-hotel restaurant was pricey for Starbucks style food.
Pool facilities weren't great - not enough towels
Pros: Close to everything.
Cons: $31 per night for parking.
Pros: clean and nice place to stay.....across from the beach and close to everything!!!will stay here again.
Cons: Any one could come to the pool. And all the card keys didn't work outside. Not very secure. Over all it's a very nice hotel.Room was great.
Pros: Everything. REALLY enjoyed MYSELF
Cons: NOTHING BUT LOVE
Pros: Room was large, tiled floor in part, huge windows looking out at ocean; pool towels;
Cons: Pool was small and very dirty, no room service menu in room; need to leave a card to hang on door for room service breakfast; restaurant closed; mid day, no hot tub; pool is shaded after noon because of building location, which can be a pro or a con

Pros: The location was great and the rooms were very nice! The wedding we attended was beautiful.
Cons: I had left a watch by the pool and checked with the front desk to see if anyone had turned it in. They simply said no and sent me on my way. However, when I checked at the pool restaurant, she asked me if the front desk had checked with lost and found. The front desk didn't even bring up lost and found as an option. Luckily, security had received the watch and we were able to get it back.
Pros: Beach front and accessible to anything, nice ocean view from the room, clean hotel and it has everything we need.
Cons: Front desk is horrible specially the person who checked us in. She told me that I will get a text or a phone call when the room is ready but unfortunately no one calls me back not text. I have to call and find out myself to see if our room was ready. Other than that everything was perfect.
Pros: Walking into the resort really felt like home. The staff was friendly and very accomodating and it felt so fancy! I really enjoyed my stay and I always stay at the Hilton when I travel, never disappoints! We had a jetted tub in the room and a view of the beach, the swimming pool overlooked the ocean which was walking distance from the hotel! Our whole experience with the resort was everything we dreamed of. Will definitely return our next trip to Fort Lauderdale!
Pros: It was a great location however service and staff were average. No one really went out of their way to be helpful.
Cons: We arrived at the hotel at 9 am and were not allowed into the room till 3pm. The jacuzzi tub had yellow water coming out of the faucet.
Cons: I had to wait until 6pm to check in
Pros: Great service, staff, food. Great location.
Cons: Hidden fees. Mandatory "resort fee" should be part of up front cost, not an "indicental" learn-about-it-upon-checkout fee.
Wifi painfully slow.
Pros: Location and suite we stayed in
Cons: The valet parking - over priced and under delivered
Pros: Nice pool area, access to beach; good restaurant/bar; close to lots of activities in Ft. Lauderdale

Pros: Location was nice. Housekeeping and the valet were polite.
Cons: Hotel construction was everywhere including the expensive beach front view I payed for. I was treated disrespectfully by the day manager. He lied to kayak about approval for an early checkout refund. We left anyways. The chair in our room was held together with gorilla glue, the a/c and fridge worked intermittently. Overall all of the inconveniences made it for a difficult first trip with our new baby. The hotel refers to itself as luxurious, but customer service and repairs to the inside of the rooms are greatly needed.
Cons: No housekeeping
No available chairs, etc for the beach
Pros: Great location. Comfortable bed and room.
Cons: Dated and worn out furniture and kitchen cabinets.
Pros: Nice large room and decor
Hotel Pool and Lobby are very nice
Restaurants are fun
Cons: Missing remote, room service book, etc. upon arrival and took about 45 min to bring it up.
Food prices on room service menu.
View of construction site with blocked view of ocean on "oceanview room"
Pros: Great location right on the beach. Large, comfortable rooms. The staff allowed me to check in a few hours early since they had a clean room ready. Nightly turn down service with chocolates on my pillow were a nice touch.
Cons: Front desk staff was average. At best. At a hotel of this caliber I expected a lot more courtesy and friendliness. Broken shower. No available chairs at the pool TWO days in a row. No bellhop to carry my luggage. And no apologies when I told them about my underwhelming experience.
Pros: I have stayed at the Atlantic twice and there is literally nothing one could not like about this hotel.
Cons: That my trip was not longer :)
Pros: I know this might sound wired but the shower, hotel showers are usually bad but this one was great! Lots of pressure and never ran out of hot water.
Cons: The king bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable.
Pros: The service, food and staff were amazing
Cons: Can't think of anything

Pros: I would say everything was excellent front desk service ,,staff, room cleanliness enough towels excellent house keeping, great restaurant on same building which it was awesome
Cons: Ugh the parking it was 10 dollars which is not that bad
But it's in the same building and parking spots are super tight and not enough due to car rental company has a whole floor
Cons: I checked in on Christmas Day of 2016!!! Staff overcharged my checking and ruined our Christmas Day. Booked through Kayak and prepaid. Checked in at the hotel and account was charged AGAIN. Horrible experience. The manager did give us 10,000 bonus points for the stay--try booking a hotel stay with IHG points. That will not even you get you one night a Holiday Inn. I would recommend paying in CASH!
Pros: The room was fantastic!!! So comfortable and clean and welcoming!
I didn't want to leave!! And I will be back! :)
Pros: Value for the money
Cons: The fact they don't offer a continental breakfast.
Pros: We loved the pool and deck area. So nice and relaxing. The free airport/cruise shuttle was awesome and timely.
Cons: The only negative was that our TV didn't work. They sent a repair man but he couldn't repair it.

Cons: Very firm bed

The included breakfast was above the standard fare. The ability for us to eat lunch at the hotel was an added bonus.
Pros: Very important that compare to other Hotels, this was top 5 for me! Very Clean, Breakfast was include it and they had everything. Big Rooms, and it was close to anywhere. There was a mall outside that you could get the Trolley all around FTL....
ask for transportation. it's cheaper than a cap
great Hotel, you should go
Cons: If you order room service, you have to go get it yourself.
Cons: Undisclosed additional Parking fee !
Pros: Free airport shuttle, good free breakfast, right next to the cruise port entrance, taxi to pier was only $12 or you can take the hotel shuttle for $7 per person. Faster and cheaper to use a taxi for 2 or more people. Rooms are large and good quality.
Cons: Expensive at some times of the year. Got it for $84 the last week of August but going again in January and the same room is $280!
Pros: Friendly staff. When I locked my keys in my car, they worked successfully to help me retrieve them.

Pros: My bed was very comfortable had a great weekend rest it was quite and peaceful
Cons: I had no problems
Pros: very clean and comfortable.
Cons: The two rooms next to us had obnoxious families traveling together. After midnight they went between the rooms, slamming doors and talking in the hall. I called the front desk and it stopped. At 6 am it started again. Didn't sleep much that night.
Cons: They should have vending machines on each floor, lobby is way to cold
Pros: Front desk staff very friendly.
Cons: First room given, the toilet didn't work.
Second room given, air conditioner didn't work.
Third room given, stank to high heavens from deodorizer perfume. Went back to second room after they fixed the air conditioner.
Pros: I'm not really sure why this hotel has any low ratings at all. We stayed during the boat show this year and the room was nice and clean, comfortable bed, bathroom was nice with great water pressure. The staff was also very friendly and checkin & checkout was simple.
Great stay all around!
Pros: The staff was amazing and helpful and i will definitely be use this hotel each time i visit family
Pros: Facility offered everything one would expect from a thriving chain of hotels.
Pros: The staff here (receptionist, bartender, maid) was extraordinarily friendly.
Cons: The food was mediocre - mostly pre-made and microwaved. I would advise going out-of-house for your food.
Pros: I arrived around 2am because of flight delays. It was in a quiet area about 15 minutes from the airport. The room was only used for a few hours but it was comfortable. It's a nice hotel.
Cons: I found hair in the tub and on the tub water control and in a towel. The bathroom was spotless otherwise.

Pros: Staff were extremely efficient & pleasant. Location was ideal for my business needs
Pros: the room was clean
Cons: the breakfast was terrible
Pros: Proximity to the beach. Not ocean front but close to beach..short walk. Free breakfast was nice. Good value for the price. Hotel is dated but room was spacious and clean. Staff were pleasant.
Cons: Nothing really. It looks like the hotel is possibly in the process of renovating. The rooms seem to have been updated but hallways and exterior could be updated. The railing on the terrace outside our room was broken; potentially dangerous e.g for families with small children.
Pros: Convenient location to the beach, restaurants and shopping
Cons: Maid service was late afternoon
Pros: Staff was great. Got room with a good view. Cute room. Nice tv.
Cons: Thought I would be able to see the ocean from hotel. Room smelled funky. Balcony isn't private.
Pros: Convenient location to the city beach
Cons: Run down with a lot of paint to look good (2 star to look like a 4 star)
1 elevator for guest and staff ( sometimes a long wait)
When looking at the hotel online ALL the pictures were air brushed.

Cons: The service specially for the breakfast was very poor
Cons: EVERYTHING. I would not stay here, they are not accomodating, the staff is rude and inconsiderate. There sheets were terrible, and the room was dirty.
Pros: The staff is friendly and accumulating. Easy access to beach front. Updated lobby and rooms. Near liquor store.
Cons: Don't worth the $200+ a night rate I paid. It looks and feels like an old Holiday Inn that was renovated. The view from the rooms of the beach is only a half view as the building is blocking the rest. The carpet was stained. The shower had mold on the grout and caulked in areas. The A/C only kicked on when it wanted to. The pool is the size of an above-ground pool. I paid the rate because the reviews and pictures looked appeasing but it turned out to be a front. Also, it is not an adult only hotel; many, many families present and being very loud and obnoxious. 2-star rating. Only stay here if you find a rate for under $100 a night. Very, very disappointed.
Pros: This was a great place to stay. It was very nice and looked more modern than
most of the hotels on the strip.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Most rooms had a beautiful view of the ocean! The higher your room the better.
Beds were very comfy.
Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, ice bucket, 4 glasses, safe, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/bath gel
dispenser in shower, iron/board, mirrors on the closet doors, 2 bottles of water daily
They also offered 2 welcome drinks from the bar upon arrival, free beach towels and 2 free beach chairs
The location of this hotel was good for us. It is located at the corner of A1A and
The beach was right across the street and this section of the beach wasn't as
We did not need to rent a car. There was plenty of things within a block
surrounding the hotel.
There was a Thai sushi place, 24hr pizza place, Mediterranean/Vegan spot,
deli/sandwich shop, ice cream, popcorn, Subway, 7 Eleven.
There were also several souvenir shops, a pub and a couple of other small
We rented a scooter from Fun Rentals right behind the hotel so we could explore
a little further. Great transportation without paying for valet parking.
We also used the beach shuttle ($3/person).
Other transportation options include Trolley ($1/ride), City bus (bus stop right out
front), cab, Uber, bike rentals.
The nightlife is about a mile south of the hotel (30 min walk) on A1A.
The Galleria mall was about 1/2 mile west on Sunrise blvd...not far at all.
Overall this was a great place and we would stay here again.
Cons: The pool was sort of small though.
I would have liked a microwave as well though.
Restaurant in hotel was kind of expensive so we never ate there.
Pros: Great view, location - nice rooms. Bed was way too comfortable!
Pros: The personal are professional and very polite.
Pros: The woman at the front counter was extremely helpful and friendly. She immediately saw our daughter who is two and offered to have us a crib sent up immediately. Hotel restaurant server was also excellent. Gave us great service and the food was great.
Cons: Seemed a little too "uppity" for our family. It always seemed as if someone was looking for a tip. My husband went down to get a luggage cart to take our bags downstairs and the guy wouldn't let him have the cart. Said it was a "liability". I've been to a lot of hotels and always used my own luggage cart. It's not a liability for heavens sake. It just means someone won't get a tip. Also the bed was not very comfortable but that's just a personal opinion. It could be very comfortable to someone else.
Pros: Very comfortable bed. Rooms are nice. Location to beach is great.
Cons: Parking cost is $30/night. You can hear every sound through the door.
Pros: Room and view was wonderful! Staff was helpful, and the pool was relaxing. Loved the love music at the pool.
Cons: Breakfast at the hotel resturant cost us a pretty penny.
Pros: Friendly staff,clean,close to beach.
Cons: Nothing negative
Pros: Great location. Great last minute deal thru Kayak. I will definitely stay again.
Cons: My room was RIGHT BY THE ELEVATOR... bad move. You hear everythjbg coming in and out. Also, the chef... Well, let's just say the meal I had wSnt great. Actually, it wasn't good either.
