Pros (+) Hotel was clean and smelled good. Beds were comfortable.
Cons (-) Shower head!!! Stop using dark furniture polish on furniture as we ruined 3 shirts before we figured out what it was.That said, the receptionist gave us detergent and quarters for the washer and dryer free of charge for the inconvenience so that was a nice gesture but our clothes are still stained

Pros (+) Great free breakfast! Everything extremely clean. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Great location!
Cons (-) The water from the shower was incredibily hot and wouldn’t really get any colder. That’s the only negative i could think of.

Pros (+) the location is excellent if you plan to go to busch gardens, the rooms are suites but priced as regular rooms which is incredible value for money.
Cons (-) the breakfast should have more available options.

Pros (+) The staff is always amazing here, from management to housekeeping. They go out of your way to make you feel special. The rooms are spacious, well done and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff even took time to help my daughter.
Cons (-) The breakfast area wasn't well stocked with silverware, glasses and plates. The lobby seemed a little crowded and there wasn't someone around when I wanted to order a coffee.
