Housekeeping was amazing, best I’ve ever seen. Room comfortable, bed great. I found front desk service to be just okay, which is not acceptable to me at a Marriott. They were nice, but long lines and waiting, and not helpful, probably constrained by Marriott corporate guidelines. Wasn’t impressed.

Pros (+) Good facilities, location depends on what you are doing, staff supper nice, breakfast area was very good.
Cons (-) Parking is across the street and very expensive if you don't self park. So I arrived on a motorcycle and I self parked. Well I was charged valet rate while the Valet did not allow me to drop my luggage at the drop off area and I had to carry my luggage all the way from the parking to check in and the next day after checkout. The charge was $36 while the valet could have told us that we would have ...

Pros (+) From the time that you walk into the lobby, you already notice a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The check in process was painless, and the rooms were well appointed. The location is excellent, near the Riverwalk with easy access to fun places to eat and drink.
Cons (-) There aren’t any convenience stores very close by, and the one in the hotel is very expensive

Pros (+) Location can't be beat, pool is nicer than embassy across street. Valet service is also way better than embassy....that's what I pay more for.
Cons (-) AC never gets real cold for me...I stay here a lot when I attend hockey games...I always stay here or embassy across the street. I've been choosing Marriott because the valet for embassy is a zoo and takes forever when you try and leave in the morning but if Marriott doesn't fix their AC I'm gonna have to find something else.
