The staff was very helpful and the office was clean. They came out and helped me hook up my blue tooth when I asked. Very friendly.Cons:
My car was dirty and smelled pretty bad from a smoker. They did give it a quick wash for me, but the smell lasted for my whole trip.6.0 Okay

Car was supposed to be at airport in Tampa. Find out some how my reservation was for Tampa 5 miles away. Had to take a taxi from airport to car rental place 10 mins away. And wanted to charge us 160$ at airport when we booked for 40$. And this car is not in good running condition.2.0 Poor

The drop off process was fast.Cons:
I felt like I was rushed out of my car and could have left personal belongings behind easily. Also, the gas fee is overly expensive and I was charged $60 for a tank when the current gas prices would have allowed for a $40 fill up.9.2 Wonderful
