Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for visiting Brock University, and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. Many found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable, with some enjoying suite upgrades and pet-friendly policies. However, there were several complaints about cleanliness, small or outdated rooms, and issues with breakfast quality and value. Some guests also mentioned problems with noise, parking fees, and inconsistent housekeeping. Overall, while the hotel offers good service and a great location, improvements are needed in cleanliness and amenities.

Pros (+) We got a suite which was very spacious.
Cons (-) Complementary coffee only between 7 and 9. Breakfast wasn't included and was very expensive. The pool is small and the floor around it very slippery. I was afraid to walk there.
