Cons: The extra surcharge for returning to airport is bullshit. Straight money grab.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Customer service left much to be desired. I have seen better smiles from people who have sucked lemons. I received my car and it was not cleaned. Car rental rep did not thoroughly survey the car for previous damage. I had to point the obvious stuff overlooked...cracked windshield..scuffed up bumper. Just have to say I was extremely dissatisfied.

Got exactly what I paid for

Pros: Headline says it all. We got exactly what we ordered. No surprises good or bad. The guy who helped us was friendly. The car was clean. We were in and out without any hassle or delay. We'll definitely use them again in the future.

Cons: No special upgrade...but that's okay.
