Pros:The initial car i got was great and a comfortable ride. Was looking forward to the road trip.Cons:The car was great but the brakes shuttered when you applied them and the back tires of the care were almost bald. I had to get another car that was not so great in terms of the comfort of the ride but at least the tires had tread on them.Reviewed 22 Jun 2020

Pros:Got upgraded to larger vehicle for free.Cons:# of staff available at check in and new hire staff member with little knowledge left alone to process customers arriving at lot. Had to call supervisor for nearly every detail. Inadequate training to be left alone.Reviewed 18 Dec 2019

Positive ExperiencePros:Service at the reception was prompt and good.Cons:Car as provided was fuel efficient and No issue- No complaint. However, insurance was on the higher side. It should be much less looking at the insurance I already had.Reviewed 31 Jul 2018

Pros:Nice vehicle. Staff was friendly.Cons:During pick up, staff was not super clear about toll options. I did get what I needed but was surprised it wasn’t clearer. Drop off was okay but poor signage for those of us dropping off before there was an attendant.Reviewed 8 Jul 2018

No major issues. Dollar rental through Thrifty.Pros:The van was adequate for our purpose. We had 4 adults and 2 children in our party. We used the van for 15 days. The price was about $29 a day, not bad for a van. We had 6.5 hrs of drive time loaded with bags and and a couple of coolers. It was right but doable.Cons:I think as an industry some rental agencies cost for another driver is excessive. Although the rental was a great price. The added cost (of $13.50) took a lot of the savings away. I will try to stay clear of renters who have excessive fees in the future when there is another driver.Reviewed 22 Jun 2018
