Pros:I rented 3 cars from Thrifty in downtown Rome, Olbia (Sardegna) and Napoli (airport). Staff was helpful and I got the car in 15-20 minutes in Rome and Napoli but it took ~40 minutes in Olbia. The cars worked well, were new and matched or exceeded what I have reserved. Drop off was quick.Cons:Accelerate the pick up time. Did not get the car I contracted for on online. Very disappointed!Pros:Ez drop off.Cons:I got a car I wasn't expecting. My online price was $170 US. Plus full insurance. I paid over $450US. I paid far too much for a car I didn't expect - unless the charge for full insurance was over $275. So please check my original online reservation and add the insurance coverage. Then compare that to my bill. Can you see why I am very disappointed and believe that I was seriously over-charged! Please respond and include my billing statement with the breakdown of the costs.
