Pros (+) Stayed one night and everything was good. It's not a new hotel, but met our needs just fine.

Pros (+) King size bed and pillows were very comfortable. Front desk staff EXTREMELY kind and friendly.
Cons (-) All rooms were marked non-smoking and we signed that a fee would be added if smoking occurred in the room. Multiple times we smelled smoke coming from the hall or room next door, was unpleasant. No food vending in our building.

Pros (+) My kids and I enjoyed the "Made to Order" hot breakfast. The location was good for us, for what we were doing. The setting was nice. We had a second floor room, looking at the river. The front desk lady made a great dinner suggestion that we went to and was very good; TJ Willies.
Cons (-) There were stains on the sheets. I'm not sure the sheets had been washed from previous customer. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool, except the water was REALLY cold. They had to drink hot chocolate to warm up after swimming, and it was 80 degrees outside. The bed was just ok. Too soft for me. The pillows were very gushy.
