Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, who go above and beyond to assist with requests and issues. Cleanliness is also frequently praised, with many noting the facilities are well-maintained and stylish. The location is considered convenient by several guests, though some mention a short walk from the station. However, there are repeated complaints about the firmness of the mattresses and occasional noise issues typical of capsule hotels. Overall, the positives of service and cleanliness outweigh the negatives for most guests.
