Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent location near Shinjuku and convenient access to transport, shopping, and restaurants. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful, and several guests mention good value and comfortable stays. However, there are mixed opinions on room size and cleanliness, with some finding rooms spacious for Tokyo and others describing them as cramped or not very clean. A few guests mention issues with air conditioning, noise, and older facilities, but overall, the positives of location and service stand out.AI-generated from customer reviews
