Excellent location in Ginza. The room was immaculately clean. We celebrated our birthdays and they surprised us with a lovely handwritten card and little treats. Very thoughtful. Breakfast was ok but nothing exceptional

Pros (+) Great location in the heart of Ginza. Friendly staff, who were always willing and able to help. Clean rooms, which while not large, still big enough for two.

Pros (+) Conveniently located in Ginza with a metro station right outside the hotel entrance.
Cons (-) Used to be a business friendly hotel but not any more. One and only restaurant in the hotel.would not even allow guests to have drinks there in the morning without paying for a full breakfast buffet and my guests and had to find somewhere else outside the hotel for a meeting.
