The location and the clean room.
Nothing in particular.
Your website did not state how many things were closed due to corona. I purposely picked the SHINAGAWA because it had restaurants, bowling alley, movie theater, and aquarium. None of these facilities were open. We spent a lot of money for very little
Room with good view and the restaurant taste so well with good price!
The basic facilities in the hotel’s are relatively old but it’s fine to stay that!
The location and proximity to the Shinagawa Station is really close and a breeze to connect to different parts of Tokyo. Loads of shopping and eateries in the area too.
It’s a big hotel. The hotel staff were average in their service in all honesty. We were met by rather cold staff throughout our stay. The rooms are dated but clean.
Close to train station.
Room facilities little bit old
