Great design, everything is clean, friendly staff
None I can think of
We always love going to the King Edward Hotel when we visit downtown Toronto. The location is terrific if you want to walk, shop, and sight see. We've been choosing this hotel for years.
Since we book this hotel often ... it would be nice to be recognized and rewarded. Perhaps with a room upgrade or something ... Most notably though on this last visit I noticed our bed was sagging in the middle. I had to sleep on the edges of the mattress not to fall into the centre.
Excellent service as always
Best hotel staff we've encountered in a long, long time.
Wonderful from beginning to end!!! Superb
could have used a cash machine somewhere in the building.
Our room was spacious and comfortable.
I did not realize that guests would have dogs in the hotel. I prefer a pet free location.
The hotel is beautiful. Really did a wonderful job remodeling. Rooms are quite large with generous seating areas and extra large bathrooms. Location is great.
The hotel property was immaculate and was in walking distance to many places of interest such as Eaton Centre, St. Lawrence Market, Distillery area, St. Michael"s Cathedral, SONY Performing Atrs Center and many fabulous restaurants and bars. The employees of the hotel were motivated in making our experience a great one. The concierge staff were most helpful with their suggestions and directions.
The room size, decor, free internet access, and friendly helpful staff
First time at the King Eddy.
The rooms were big and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable; so comfortable that I bought one of their pillows.
Only a shower, albeit a large one, but no tub. Room could have used more light.
The Omni King Edward - Great Experience
We were very impressed with The Omni King Edward from the moment we arrived. The service is impeccable. The lobby, rooms, elevators - everything, really - is first-rate. Our only regret was that we could only stay one night, since it was a quick weekend getaway. This was our first time in Toronto, and we will be back - at the King Edward.
Valet parking, at CAD$40-45 per day, is a bit excessive. Since we were there on a weekend, it was easy enough to find on-street parking.
Visiting Canada is a one of a kind experience for travelers. The landscape here is absolutely stunning and tourists here will love every moment that they are here. In Toronto, there are some charming places for tourists to stay. One of the most popular of these is the Omni King Edward Hotel. It opened in 1903 and is one of the first luxury hotels in Toronto. It is in the heart of downtown Toronto and has 301 luxury guest rooms. It features a fitness center, salon, spa, business center, currency exchange, laundry, and valet parking. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The amenities here are spectacular and include in-room safe, in-room dining, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, robe, slippers, flat screen television, in-room movies, Wi-Fi, and all rooms are non-smoking. Guests will truly feel like they are staying in a castle when they choose to book a room here. There is quite a lot to do here for guests. Guests will be amazed at the views of Niagara Falls, CN Tower & Edge Walk, Hockey Hall of Fame, Princess of Wales Theatre, The Art Gallery of Ontario, Old Town Ontario, and The Distillery District. Tourists to the area will never run out of fun things to do and see when they come to visit here. Future guests should book their rooms today in order to make sure they get the best one! The hotel feels up fast during the busy season so that is why booking in advance is the best idea.
