Cons (-) Had a blast during a winter business trip. Sent my wife to outstanding spa while I was in meetings all day.

Pros (+) The location was fantastic and the pool was great.
Cons (-) We called for towels and we never received them. When we got their our toilet was not functioning well at all. The first full day we were there, the toilet backed up and we called and never had it fixed. Multiple calls for repair and no repair.

Pros (+) I want to thank Kevin, an engineer over at the Westin. He was able to get my car started after I had trouble starting my car. Staff was friendly and helpful
Cons (-) I had some noisy neighbors, the first night which made it difficult to sleep. It took until 2:30 am for me to call to complain to the front desk to get the security staff to do anything about it.
