The property was modern, clean and in an excellence location. The staff were very helpful and we felt we made a great choice for a hotel in Tulum town. Free bikes included for a trip down to the beach. Spacious rooms and great location.
The front desk staff was amazing. Free bikes to ride is a bonus. The pool is a nice size. The location of the boutique is great, not far from everything!
The food could have been better. You’re warned about stains on towels and wash cloths but they are not the cleanliness. The staff entered my room without permission and moved my belongings around. I could not find my money for about 20 minutes. When I asked questions, none of housekeeping spoke English.
Beautifully decorated hotel with a very relaxing environment. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The staff we very accommodating. Breakfast had a great selection of food, with a lovely view over Tulum. They have bikes that you can borrow for the day for free which is great for getting to the beach and the ruins.
Not a great deal to do in the surrounding area but about a 15 min walk into the main town for restaurants etc. There are a few sun beds around the pool but can get busy.
- Very clean and big rooms with a very nice design and a lot off comfort. - Free bikes to rent at the hotel - Nice and good breakfast with a lot of options. - Free parking at the hotel. - 5 min bike or 15 min walk to centre of Tulum. - Very fast wifi.
- A bit far away from the beach, with the bike 20-30 min biking. - Pool not to big wich is no problem for a city hotel but only 4 chairs to sit at the pool is not enough.
Really lovely hotel which has been finished to a high standard. Placed between the town and the beach so easy to get around. Have free bikes that you can use as part of the hotel which we used for visiting various cenotes.
Water stopped one evening for 12 or so hours, which was apparently all over Tulum however I wasn’t 100% whether this was the truth or a lie, as we asked restaurant staff by the beach and they said this wasn’t an issue there. But the hotel staff didn’t seem to be bothered and I would have expected someone to come knock on rooms when this first happened explaining the situation. Instead we went down to reception as were all the other guests and every time the receptionist was acting surprised as if this was the first she had heard of it.
