Cons: Breakfast could be more various; some of rooms (deluxe?) are without normal size window with the view, only with the windows high to the roof, owerlooking the sky

Pros: This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The food was incredible, really first class, the room was luxurious, and location great, and the staff extremely accomodating. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Pros: The old house was delicately rennovated and the room was spacious and beautifully designed with all amenities. Another surprising detail: when I asked for access to a PC and to the Internet I was offered a laptop to my room without any charge and also free wifi.

Pros: Renovated facilities so it was mostly clean and in good repair. Great value and highly rated as a hostel. Being on the water was a great touch. It was a touch removed from town which meant a quiet stay.
Cons: Shared facilities sometimes means that it is only as clean as the previous guest. It was a touch removed from town which meant a little walking was required.

Pros: The location, price, breakfast, staff, service are all top notch. They helpfully answered all my numerous questions. When I quickly needed a heat adjustment on Floor 2 (U.S.A. equivalent of Floor 3) a staff member literally ran up the stairs to help me. When I asked for a bicycle at 22:00 hours, they happily obliged me at that late hour. The breakfast is top notch, and the location right across the street from the train/bus station couldn't be better.
Cons: The sauna (by USA standards) is in a remote part of the hotel.

Pros: I like delicious breakfast in a cozy atmosphere. It's really convenient and you can go anywhere in downtown Uppsala easily from this hotel.
Cons: Beds should not be separated.

Pros: Nothing special. It is clean and stuff is nice but this is really very basic service.
Cons: The room is quite small, the bathroom is very small and could be renovated. I later learned that this is very common in Sweden. It is hard to find something fancy here.

Pros: its just good... honestly didnt have so much time in the hotel, as i was there for conference/business, but during the night, i was quite having some joy of staying
Cons: i wouldnt say im not satisfied, but i think its better that the floor/carpet is vacummed every single day. If they have a PCs room with internet connection to use (for free), I think it will also be better.

Pros: Hfotel was very difficult to find and needs detailed direction. The room was small with no TV,decorations on wall or bath mat. I told owner this needed to be fixed and it will as they have just renovated bottom floor 8 rooms from a hostel to hotel. You make your own breakfast on the second floor and reception is open limited hours.

Pros: The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. The hotel is situated very central so that everything was within walking distance. There was kitchen for preparing own dinners.
Cons: Even though it had the name "hotel", it was more of a youth hostel. So the breakfast had to be made ourselves. Also the bathrooms were very small with no place to put own toiletries etc.

Pros: Charming hotel - very unformal hotel which balances between a hostal and a students residence - if you are nostalgic to your students time you will feel at home.
Cons: Very difficult to find, as the front door is not on the street side. Rooms are not spacious nor are the beds.
