I bought my employee a room on the Kayak app. He showed up and was refused a key. Front desk told me to contact Kayak because the reservation didn't show the correct name. I sent my guy to another hotel so I lost almost $100.
They could've given me a refund or allowed my guy in the room.
When we arrived to the hotel, we were not registered. We had a copy of the confirmation and the person was nice enough to take us as walk-ins. Fortunately there was rooms available, if not we would had been without a room. There should be more responsibility when registering someone because you have to understand one needs a hotel room when away from home and we are trusting the website.
Filthy, uncomfortable, but friendly and good locat
The air was cold, the rooms smelled clean, employees did their best to make it right. It was quiet, and there were tons of restaurants and entertainment near by.
Carpet was so filthy, the bottom of our feet were black after walking on carpet. Lots of construction crews use this place to lodge workers. Pool was closed in July and also very dirty. Breakfast was very simple and in unimpressive. The coffe was cold. Also, seems some people actually live there.
