10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was lovely
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location, the room was very nice as well.
Cons: The restaurant has a very friendly staff, but it seems to be rather poorly managed and the food is overpriced for what it is. The pool is for free, but the area around the pool does not seem to be tended to. Location is good to the extent it is right next to the ski slope, but it’s on the shadow side of the valley, so it stays without sunshine throughout the day. If you want to be in the sun, you must go up to the mountain top.
7.0 Good
Pros: Staff were very good. Reception, restaurant, bar and room servicing - all very good. Breakfast had a good selection of most things. Great location.
Cons: Too many kids. Don't bother if you are a couple looking for adult time. Dining room is lacking character - tables in rows and big. Quite institutional - not somewhere for leisurely meals for a couple - more 'eat and run'. We had a superior room which was still so small it was difficult to squeeze past the end of the bed - but it was mainly a poor use of space. Beige carpets!!! Really does need wooded floors. Wifi was awful. Very intermittent throughout the hotel.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This is a very smart and welcoming hotel. The staff are very polite and attentive. Perfect location at the bottom of the ski lifts and 2 minutes from the village with albeit quiet, bars and restaurants. Ski in and out and ski hire next to the hotel.
Cons: Continually cold food at breakfast. Cold scrambled egg, sausages and beans and half cooked hash browns. Such a shame as otherwise cannot fault the place. Usually stay in a self catering room which has been the much better option. Particularly as it is necessary to pre book a table for dinner and you don’t always want to decide in advance what to do. Also there many good food shops in the village doing pre prepared meals and plenty of options for buying fresh meats and cheeses etc.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: excellent staff, amazing food, especially in the restaurants at night, good wines, children's menu available, rooms with a view, all in hardwood, mini kitchen available, carrefour near hotel.
Cons: unfortunately, in spite of having loved the hotel, swimming pool, facilities for children to ski, excellent staff, the cleanliness of the room was terrible, especially the double bed that had a lining with dirt, mold and hair stain. We called the repeater that triggered someone to clean, but when I arrived at the room at night, with three tired and sleeping children, I noticed that the lining was still the same, they had not changed. We had to sleep two nights on top of the deck so as not to have contact with the dirt on the bed, which was very unpleasant. The next day I complained to the manager who came to check in person, asked for the exchange, but we were already leaving. He offered us a 30 euro discount on the covered parking we rented, due to the inconvenience. We had incredible family moments, especially skiing and using the hotel's pool, we celebrated my husband's 40th birthday with a wonderful menu in the hotel's restaurant, but the inconvenience with cleanliness bothered us a lot, especially since it was two bad nights overnight stays even asking for help from the staff. Positive thing was that we forgot an item at the hotel and they sent us home charging the postage directly on the credit card.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, walking distance to the slopes
6.3 Good
Pros: Nice location! Not far from the piste and ski school. Shops and restaurants nearby. Located right on walking trails through Laslevillard. Nice offer of swimming pool free tickets! Nice views - as always in beautiful Maurinene!
Cons: To our surprise - not very clean (dust in wardrobes, on lamps, on cabinets). No cleaning agents nor kitchen cloth in the apartment. Bedroom got moldy ceiling that triggered allergy. Ski storage room has no drying for shoes. Staff was nice and trying to be helpful but quite busy. You can't fit car with box >2.1m into underground parking and you won't get it reimbursed. (In our previous stay they found the way and stored our box in storage room). We stayed 3 previous years in neighboring Le Champs - Criterion thus we are spoiled and it's hard to compare.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location was fantastic
Cons: Needs updating and cleanliness needs attention Ski lockers are awful and definitely need updating
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful view of the valley, very comfortable
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything (shop, restaurant, piste) are all very close which makes life so easy with kids. Staff super helpful and self catering facilities are great, even when hosting friends!
Cons: Eating out can be expensive in any ski resort. Mix and match between catering and eating out.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Size of apartment was good. Kitchen appliances were very useful. Beds comfortable Ski lockers good size Location near slopes great.
Cons: Fixtures and fittings were OK although a little tired looking, e.g walls scuffed, light fitting not secure, gap in window to stairs allowed people to look into small annex - had to hand a sheet to block this. There was also no wood stove which we did have last year in a smaller apartment?

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is great you can ski in and out. Rooms were very hot. Terrible ble deal n smell in the bathroom. Shower not very good as no curtain and you have to kneel down in the bath to get under it. Kitchen poorly equipped. No oven and limited kitchen utensils. In saying all of that as long as you are prepared for all that the location is the feature of this property. 5 of us stayed and it was small but for 6 we would have struggled. Staff really helpful. Ski locker on the ground floor also really helpful.
Cons: Shower Very hot Kitchen poorly equipped
6.3 Good
Cons: we had to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs to the apartment. (I am eighty) There is no ski-boot drying facility in a complex where the majority are skiers. There was no hot water within 5 minutes, one needed to be patient. There was no rubbish bin, just a plastic bag. Being at the extreme edge of the village made it difficult to get to the "right" slopes in very snowy weather.
7.1 Good
Pros: Undercover parking kept car cool. Sauna was used twice-a good facility. Nice views of mountain.
Cons: Local public rubbish recycle bins are very close to the apartment we were given. We were woken very early one morning by the collection truck. Flies were a problem in apartment, maybe coming from bins or maybe just a product of summer season.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: They didn’t have ovens and if they expect tourists from everywhere the staff have to speak some English .
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Simple touristic apartments with small rooms. Kitchen facilities are fine. Free ski lockers in the basement. Note: ski bots are not allowed in residence. Exit from residence from underground car parking and you stay on the kids piste - so, good ski in-out experience. Free sauna for guests on first floor. Free entry to public pool (500 meters to walk) - pool is not big but worth relaxing after whole day on pistes. 800 meters to nearest small supermarket Spar. 500 meters till bowling.
Cons: The rooms are very small - you will touch the wall walking along the bed. The location of residence is on the edge of village - you have to walk ~800 meters to get some activity (shops, restaurants). Luckily found free parking spot for car next to building. But almost all other places were occupied whole our stay. As alternative 5 eur per day underground parking.
7.5 Good
Pros: The location, it's amazing, just in the front balcony of our apartment, it's the beginning of a ski slope, truly ski in / ski out. The staff, it's nice and very helpful, overall the apartment, it's quite well equipped. The property also is located in very quiet and calm area of the ski resort, although close enough of restaurants, supermarkets, etc., etc.
Cons: The apartment has two big problems, inexistent shower curtain so every time you take a shower all the floor stays "flooded", and the kitchen exhaust system is not enough to clean the air after you cook. The property needs an overall maintenance or some care, nothing serious, but small things like screw doors, exchange bulbs, small details that can make a big difference on is main look.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Place hotel and facilities
Cons: It was really an ideal residdence
5.6 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Toerist tax and smell of sewage in garage
5.2 Okay
Pros: The residence was comfortable & not expensive. There was the place convinient for visit another place.
Cons: The time for disposal (from 17:00) is too late.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great views, quiet with no noise from other rooms
4.4 Okay
Pros: Price, basic service ok
Cons: My girlfriend did not like the smell and/or cleaniness of the room so we had to leave one day early..
