Car did not come with snow tires, only car that had snow tires was extra. Car windshield was damaged during travel from rocks on high being flung up and am being charged roughly $830 for the repair for small cracks.

I rented a minivan. I called the agency to check the car insurance prices that I didn't hire on the application and they told me that the agency didn't have a minivan and couldn't have one. So if I hadn't called for some other reason, I would have arrived and they would have made a mess of all my travel plans. Bad service from Hertz for offering it and from Kayak and QEEQ for trusting what Hertz offers. I cancelled the rental and had to pay more at another agency. All bad!

Awful. The online rental loaned me a car and then I was called to be advised there were no cars available and a one-way rental to Prince George would not be happening.

good friendly service at both ends Good rate (compared to most things in Canada!) car could have been cleaner (used face mask left in console) pick up and drop off very efficient . Very happy with staff and ease of pick up and drop off

Parking area at drop off a bit unsettling... not all elevators operate (M level locked on weekends), having to use specific ones, which I was not aware of prior to drop off

Intermediate SUV

The service was lovely but there were two issues: I had to wait 45 minutes for the car to be ready. Not a big deal to me but may be to other customers. More significant: I paid for a mid-size SUV, such as a Toyota RAV4 or Mitsuibishi Outlander. The car that I was given was a Mitsuibuishi RVR, which is one class smaller and is considered a compact SUV. If this location only has RVRs, then it should be sold as a compact SUV, not as a mid-size SUV.
