Pros (+) Very nice hotel, great facilities like fitness, indoor pool and professional spa services. Compared to other so-called 5 star hotels around Varna, this was the only one that would resemble such a rating on an international scale. Cons (-) The quality of the service personnel was a bit sketchy. The level of English of most staff was very limited (to be fair, this is common around here) so interactions were kept to a minimum. Most staff was however friendly and helpful, while others gave the impression to be annoyed by our presence.
