Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and found the breakfast to be basic but generally acceptable. However, cleanliness was a significant concern for many, with repeated mentions of dirty rooms, stained linens, and inadequate housekeeping. Service was mixed, with some guests appreciating friendly staff while others felt unwelcome or found staff unresponsive to complaints. Bed comfort and room amenities received neutral feedback, with some positive mentions but also several complaints. Overall, the location is a highlight, but cleanliness and maintenance need improvement.
