Pros (+) Found the staff extremely helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean. Loved having the shuttle to and from Turning Stone. Very prompt service. We go to gamble so it's a perfect place to crash for the night, shower up and head back to the casino.
Pros (+) The front desk staff was nice
Cons (-) Rooms were sub par for the premium I paid, security staff was obnoxious and kept knocking on my door for a loud TV. I could see if I was a teenager having a hotel party but I am a grown man. The fact that security kept bothering me really ruined my stay. I would not stay there again.
