Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and the friendliness of the staff. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness issues, with several guests finding rooms unclean or poorly maintained. Overall, while the location and service were highlights, improvements are needed in cleanliness and breakfast offerings.
