Pros (+) While not right on the lake the property has a nice clean pool as well as back area with seating, picnic tables and gas grills for use by guests. Extremely friendly family owned place. Did not hear any disturbances from other rooms because of thin walls. Planning on staying again next time in the area. The price was great and we felt like we got more for our money than usual.
Cons (-) That we only stayed the weekend (not the motels fault obviously, just didn't want to leave it was so comfortable)

Pros (+) Rooms were clean. Beds were new and comfy. Staff was excellent. We are going back soon

Pros (+) I actually stayed at The Bay Top Inn across the street cause I had a problem with my room at the Winniesaukee Motel. The Owner of the Winnesaukeee Inn quickly and professionally changed my hotel for me to keep my trip on track. I had an awesome experience!
