Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing the train station. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, with several reviews mentioning tidy rooms. However, there were frequent complaints about extra charges for bed linens and towels, as well as issues with breakfast availability and quality. Service experiences were mixed, with some guests finding the staff friendly and helpful, while others reported unhelpful or absent personnel. Value for price was seen as fair by some, but others felt the additional costs diminished the overall experience.
