Pros (+) RAULE THE DESK PERSON WAS GREAT due to our problem that the Pool was closed. THE ONLY REASON I BOOK THIS HOTELL WAS BECAUSE OF THE OUT DOOR POOL.
Cons (-) NO REFUND OFFERED FROM EXPEDIA DUE TO THE POOL BEING CLOSED.
