Breakfast- options were sparse
Should have listened to reviews
The staff were friendly. It was close and convenient to the train station and downtown Williams.
The breakfast was disappointing. The coffee wasn't good. There were hair balls all around the pool (inside and out). Our non smoking room smelled like smoke.
Excellent location, comfortable stay
We are simple so a clean bed and shower will do! But this place was in a great location close to a lot of really cute old fashion restaurants. Not far at all from both flagstaff and the actual Grand Canyon. We loved the Grand Canyon Brewery located only a few minutes from the hotel!
We have no sincere complaints or negative comments!
Room was acceptable for a overnight highway stop
Pool was dirty. Breakfast was woeful. Waffles, white bread, and Raisin Bran.
Poor quality towels, meager breakfast, bad climate
Good location, friendly desk staff
The climate control does not have a thermostat, so it is difficult to regulate the temperature. The towels were ragged and scratchy. The breakfast was meager. For the price (around $100/night) I expect better quality. I would not stay here again.
Facility looks neat and clean. Close to freeway with easy access.
Wifi was very weak and spotty. Difficult to find a comfortable setting on the thermostat.
beds were comfortable
old and smelly
