Cons (-) Breakfast- options were sparse
Pros (+) The staff were friendly. It was close and convenient to the train station and downtown Williams.
Cons (-) The breakfast was disappointing. The coffee wasn't good. There were hair balls all around the pool (inside and out). Our non smoking room smelled like smoke.
Pros (+) We are simple so a clean bed and shower will do! But this place was in a great location close to a lot of really cute old fashion restaurants. Not far at all from both flagstaff and the actual Grand Canyon. We loved the Grand Canyon Brewery located only a few minutes from the hotel!

Cons (-) Pool was dirty. Breakfast was woeful. Waffles, white bread, and Raisin Bran.

Cons (-) The climate control does not have a thermostat, so it is difficult to regulate the temperature. The towels were ragged and scratchy. The breakfast was meager. For the price (around $100/night) I expect better quality. I would not stay here again.

Cons (-) Wifi was very weak and spotty. Difficult to find a comfortable setting on the thermostat.
