The room was very clean, no weird odors or insects. The ice machine worked. The window opened and was functional. The common areas were very clean, no odors. The lobby was locked when I arrived at 11:30 pm; had to transact registration through a glass window. There was no elevator, so I had to lug my baggage up a long flight of stairs: my room was on the 2nd floor. The pillows were the "spongy" kind, so my head was too high with one, or too low without. The shower curtain rod was not secure in the wall, and hung down, causing the shower curtain to be way too low - had to be careful to avoid stepping or tripping on it. Although clean, the metal stairs was rusted in spots, making the place a bit seedy.
Very clean Hard, worn out matrress
Helpful, friendly, hardworking staff. Reasonable price, comfortable beds, USB charger on nightstand. Full amenities: pool, hot tub, ice machine, coin laundry, free "breakfast" in lobby, microwave, mini fridge, blow dryer, nightlight, separate light & fan switches in bath, coffee maker. Room door damaged - deadbolt cannot engage. Electronic lock beeps senselessly.Difficult to control room temp. Sketchy neighborhood - adjacent to freight tracks & fuel storage facility.
The girl who checked us in put us in "the wrong room in the computer. We had someone banging on our door at 12am trying to get in. They said they were trying to clean the room. 130am, another bang at the door, someone from the staff saying we weren't supposed to be in this room. Also, double charged and wife and I both had 5 bed bug bites each
Its location was an easy on and easy off the highway. The pool and jacuzzi were stained with algae. The laundry facility was in the hall. The vending machines were all out of order. The closet door in the room was broken. The breakfast was average
large rooms. Clean rooms YES! Hotel looked abandoned when we arrived. Low or no lights. Only one sole in the place at 6 P.M. Very strong chlorine fumes from pool, which is inside. Hotel looked to be in receivership.
indoor swimming pool. Too far from grant canyon.
Convenience While looking for all our stuff, found other people's trash in little nooks and crannies...gross.
Clean. Building is a bit old and needs updating. Sheets and blankets were obviously well used, stained and had some wear holes.
large room, and clean. PLENTY! Stench of chlorine from pool as soon as you come in the front door! Front desk person did not greet us at all. She had a deadpan face, whispered, and acted as if the world were ending. Minimal interaction. Property appeared very tired from street.
Checking in in the evening the woman working the desk was super friendly, very accommodating putting us on ground floor near the pool for hour kids. Breakfast was good and gentleman working the breakfast area was also very nice and great. Forgot our pillows there. But that is our fault.
Nice size room. Decent breakfast. room needed a little updating but overall not bad. room was clean and quite
The friendly staff The indoor pool area was super hot.
Very easy access to I-40; quick on & off. Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful. Beds are great! Breakfast was as expected-some options for 'healthy' eaters. Would visit again. Hotel could use some renovations; dark paint on walls should be replaced in rooms, makes it look 'old.' Not enough seating in breakfast area to accommodate everyone at once. Otherwise everything was good.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly The onsite restaurant was mediocre. Hot food was cold, strongly overspiced.
The air conditioner didn't do a very good job of keeping the room cool. Very disappointed in that. Everything else was good.
It was very clean. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast included in the room rate was very good.
The motel is conveniently located near the interstate. The staff were exceptionally courteous. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast fairly expansive. Sites in the area include the Meteor Crater, Petrified Forest National Park, and "the corner in Winslow, Arizona" made famous by the Eagles. Great value.
Wonderful oppurtunity to stay at a Harvey House. Great building, comfortable bed. Wish I could have stayed longer. On-site restaurant very good. Nothing.
The whole place was such a unique experience that you don't want to leave the hotel. The decorations and the art that the whole place is filled with is exquisite. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. I wish we would have been able to stay longer.
The room was very clean, modern, and appeared to have been refurbished recently. The value was excellent. Room service forgot my room the first day and on the third and final day someone had deactivated my keycard.
location it was no coffee

The hotel does not look nice from the outside, but the rooms were so nice! Also, the price was unbeatable for anything in the area! Nope, everything was great!
Location was very convenient. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Check in was a little strange. They had a credit card number that wasn't mine...
Not far off the I-40 We were in Winslow to stand on the famous corner and this was a great location. We had a room with a queen sized bed and it was very comfortable. The room was very clean the bed was comfortable. There was no restaurant attached to the hotel.
The quality of the room Outside appearance
Clean rooms, good staff One room had an air conditioning unit that would not cool the room properly
The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and polite. I 40 is a busy interstate, at times it was noisey but not so bad we wouldn't stay there again
