Cons: Complimentary coffee in lobby bar ends at 8am - too early!
Pros: The Edition has become my favorite hotel in NYC. It's modern and clean without being trendy. It's luxury without being pretentious. The service was first class. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. Even at $500-$600 a night it's a value. The restaurants and bars were fantastic. I think being across from Madison Park adds something unique. I highly recommend the Edition.
Cons: Didn't love the elevator set up.
Centrally located on 24th Street and Madison Avenue, The New York EDITION sits directly across from New York’s iconic Madison Square Park. Originally built in 1909 as the headquarters for The Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, the historic 41-story clock tower is an iconic New York landmark. The New York EDITION features 273 guest rooms and suites with spectacular views of the city. The hotel offers approximately 2,100 square feet of versatile meeting and event space, an intimate lobby bar; and a 1,650 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center & spa located on the 39th floor.
Pros: Very clean. Pretty decor. Friendly staff. Willing to meet needs when asked.
Pros: Great location. Fantastic bed.
Cons: restaurant/café staff not very effective, engaging or helpful. however the remainder of the employees at the hotel were excellent.
Loews Regency New York Hotel has defined Park Avenue hospitality since the moment it opened its doors in 1963. Today—five decades and a recent $100-million dollar renovation later—Loews Regency New York Hotel is still setting standards in sophistication.
Pros: Room was big, stocked with food and drinks for a price, room was clean and bed was big and clean. Friendly staff. Great hotel, would love to stay again. Even great parking outside the hotel , can usually find a spot for no fee.
Cons: Very mediocre fitness center. Due to limited space perhaps they could work out an arrangement with a nearby gym.
Pros: The room was great, good views, good toiletries, nice lobby and restaurant. Loved it.
Cons: Hot water was not consistently hot enough.
Pros: We were greeted by the courteous staff after entering the unique entryway. A staircase surrounded by old books, leather seats, and an inviting chess set adorn the hall adjacent to a wine bar we were glad not to miss. The gold elevators requiring a room key to access brought us to our room. The bed was so comfortable, the room had a refreshing old school/hipster vibe. It has all the amenities you would expect from a great hotel and ten times the style. The location allowed us to hop on any subway we wanted and surrounded us with several landmarks and restaurants. We'll be comparing other hotels to this one from now on. The maids were even really nice to us. We loved staying in New York and even loved sitting back with a glass of wine in our room.
Cons: I didn't like leaving.
Pros: The location to everything downtown New York was excellent; walking distance. The restaurant "Felice" was one of the best Italian Food I have ever had. Staff friendly!!
Pros: Service, vibe, ambience, location
Cons: Workout facilities.
Pros: Very clean, staff was super nice and accommodating and it was very quiet! I highly recommend The Gild and we will definitely return. This is our new "go to" hotel!
Cons: Elevators are slow but it certainly didn't affect our stay.
Pros: Overall great experience- modern, great staff, excellent restaurant. Would stay again!
Pros: Booked through Kayak and by some stroke of luck, received a free upgrade to the Thompson Suite upon arrival. If you can, book this room - it is absolutely amazing and without a doubt the most spacious hotel room I've ever seen in New York (or any other major metro area really). The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating and the property itself is both charming and luxurious. HIGHLY recommend - I've stayed at both the Thompson Smyth Tribeca and the SIXTY LES (when it was under Thompson management) and this was by leaps and bounds the best.
Cons: Not necessarily a downside, but be aware that the hotel is ALL the way downtown - this was perfect for my needs, but could be inconvenient if you're not familiar with NYC when booking. Additionally, the elevators were finicky and slow, although the concierge was very helpful in remedying the issue. So all in all, no substantive complaints to speak of!
Pros: I travel quite a bit and have been in many hotels. This one is by far the best I have I stayed at. The service of the front desk as well as the willingness of everyone on staff to make your stay the best is what really stands out. It is located in a great spot and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again the next time I'm in NYC.
Pros: Very friendly and accomodating staff. Received a complimentary glass of wine immediately upon my arrival. Nice after 10 hrs on the road. Very good vibe. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, good location.
Cons: The hotel was a bit hard to find despite having a GPS. Not really, the hotels fault, I guess. The bathroom wall was made of a transluscent mosaic panel, which did not offer much privacy. Ended up doing our business with the bathroom lights off most of the time. While this may not be an issue for some, with 4 adults in the room it was definitely a bit awkward at times.
At Gild Hall, A Thompson Hotel, quirky boutique-hotel details meet 4-star amenities, bringing a touch of whimsy and wit to the often-straitlaced Financial District. Gild Hall is on the east side of Lower Manhattan, close to financial mainstays-the Federal Reserve Bank of New York is 3 blocks away, and Wall Street is a 4-block walk. But the location isn't all business: The South Street Seaport is 5 blocks from Gild Hall, and the Statue of Liberty ferry terminal is a 15-minute walk southwest, in Battery Park.
The lobby area takes its cues from English gentlemen's clubs, with leather sofas encircling a chessboard, a chandelier crafted of intertwined antlers, and well-stocked bookshelves lining the walls. For more reading material-and room to mingle-head to the 2-level Library Bar, where you can hobnob with the denizens of the Financial District. Felice Restaurante turns the traditional Tuscan cuisine on its ear, mixing wood paneling with checked-tile ceilings and fanciful paintings and wall murals. You can also dine in your room-room service is available all day on weekdays, and on weekend evenings. Gild Hall also offers a small fitness room, so that travel doesn't mean abandoning your fitness routine. A 24-hour business center and conference room are available for all your business needs. There are free newspapers in the lobby, along with concierge services.
The hunt-club decor continues in the guestrooms. All 126 rooms feature beds with leather headboards and plaid flannel throws atop 400-thread-count linens. Antique brass chandeliers are suspended from 12-foot ceilings. You can snack on Dean & DeLuca goodies from the minibar and relax in Frette bathrobes. Marble bathrooms include New York's own C.O. Bigelow bath amenities. Connect to the wireless Internet access to catch up on news (basic WiFi is complimentary for up to 2 devices), or turn on the flat-panel TV for a little distraction. You can request complimentary delivery of domestic or international newspapers. Turndown service is offered on request.
Pros: Our room was spacious and very clean, hotel staff was friendly and helpful, bed and pillows were comfortable.
Coffee was good, I usually dislike hotel coffee but Hyatt had some good coffee.
Cons: Breakfast buffet could have been a little more exciting. Limited choices and pretty bland.
Cons: Cumout leaked from midnight , never had this kind issue in any other place
Pros: The kitchen is nearly fully stocked
Cons: This was the best stay I've ever had with my dogs.
Pros: Great staff very polite , helpful and friendly
Cons: Bathroom had no pressure

Pros: The upper east side hotel is steps away from coffee shops and boutiques, restaurants are a 20 minute walk away or 5 minutes in a cab. The standard is high, rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are friendly, helpful and have exceptional manners compared to other hotels that I've stayed in. The best thing about this hotel was the European influence.
Cons: I didn't like that a simple standard coffee cost $6, which really should've been free in the morning given the price (albeit worth it) of the hotel stay. Two cocktails should not have cost $46, especially when prosecco was used instead of champagne.
Pros: The property is vintage upper East Side in design and service. The property appeared to be maintained extremely well and the staff was always attentive. The rooms were immaculate and very well maintained. The location is walking distance from both upper East side boutiques and restaurants as well as from midtown shopping, museums and people watching. Subway access is also very convenient. I would recommended this hotel to anyone looking for an old world luxury experience in the heart of vintage New York. I would also return without hesitation.
Cons: No complains on this visit
Pros: Everyone was extremely helpful and the rooms were large and clean. The hotel is located on a side street, close to shopping but quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Cons: The prices in the hotel restaurant were extremely high. A cup of coffee was $10 and yogurt with granola and berries was $27. It was very good but this wasn't room service but actually in the restaurant.
Beautifully situated on a treelined street amid historic townhouses, this hotel is 1 block from Central Park and Fifth Avenue, a half-block from Madison Avenue designer shops, and less than 1 mile from theaters.
Cons: Room location: too noisy; not conducive to getting appropriate rest during a business trip.
Front desk: did not accommodate our request upon arrival. We were moved to a room 2 floors higher, same room location, same noise level.
Pros: The staff were very professional, and helpful. The hotel is nice to bring our dog to, the staff went out of their way to cater to him. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Cons: There was a very noisy club next door that made it difficult to sleep. Also I thought that for the price we paid the hotel could have offered free WiFi in the rooms.
Cons: On Sunday nites, club next door is so loud well into the nite making it virtually impossible to sleep.
All light fixtures lack dimmers and all contain very high wattage cold fluorescent bulbs Lighting in room is horrible.
Hvac is not well regulated. Room would get very cold and the only option is too turn off and wait for it to get unbearably hot
Located in Manhattan's vibrant Hell's Kitchen neighborhood, Kimpton Ink48 Hotel is a quarter-mile from the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum; a half-mile from the Manhattan Cruise Terminal; and near the Javits Center and Times Square.
Pros: Stayed on a Saturday evening for a birthday celebration with friends. Everything was perfect! The rooms were clean and stylish and the bed was so comfortable we joked that if there was no checkout we would have slept till 3pm. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Would totally stay again!
Pros: We were in town for NYE. The 3 of us fit snug, but the location was perfect!!! The bathroom in the room was nice. The staff was very friendly. It's an older hotel, but we were never in the room but to sleep. Like I said, perfect for us! They even gave us a roll away bed whem we needed a solution.
Cons: Kayak offered me room preferences, like 1 or 2 beds. We had 3 people with us so I needed 2 beds. I wasn't notified we didn't get the 2 beds until we checked in!
Pros: I didn't get to stay there because I was booked in for the night before I wanted to stay and I wasn't allowed cancel it.
Your service is awful and I would like my money back.
I arrived in NYC last night to no Accomodation.

Pros: First of all this is not a classy place as the pictures might suggest . Its a former short stay , literally , pretending to now be a boutique hotel complete with a glowing sign, a facade covered in tacky blue neon lights and a total dump off lobby. When I arrived I was shocked - nothing like photos . Perhaps for the best when I arrived it was somehow overbooked ... yes after a 14 hour flight I was told they didn't have a room for me . Front desk staff was vile and rude . Not apologetic and rude . Did nothing to help . Don't stay at this horrible place .

Pros: Everything! It was one of the nicest (if not the nicest) hotels we have ever stayed in. I loved the layout of the room. It made it feel homey not just another hotel/motel room!
Cons: Small breakfast room!
Pros: Perfect location for where I needed to be. Quick check-in and check-out. Comfortable bed/linens/pillow. Nice windows, sunny.
Cons: Way too noisy. Was on 2nd floor, heard traffic and music from the club next door all night. Had to sleep with headphones on to drown out the noise. No curtains or blackout shades on the windows. With two walls being filled with windows, the blinds did nothing to block out all the street lights and signage outside. I would stay again but only if on a much higher floor and on the back side of building. (or bring a sleep mask)
Pros: great location.
Cons: loud neighbors.
Cons: No mini fridge
Pros: Exactly what I needed. No frills, but clean and the room was a nice size.
Pros: Locations was fantastic
Cons: Free breakfast was difficult, the 4th floor was too cramped I could not even try the food
Pros: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Bathroom was well equipped and good sized for this price range hotel. Room was fairly quiet.
Cons: Breakfast choices were very limited and unhealthy. Elevators were not very functional.

Walk 2 blocks farther to shop in the massive Macy's Herald Square department store. In town for a conference? You'll find Jacob K. Javits Convention Center less than 1.5 miles (2.4 kilometers) away.

Pros: Basic Courtyard- clean, large enough room by NY standards, great location
Cons: Old single pane windows allowed in even more noise than I am used to in NYC. Courtyards are also my last choice among Marriott brands since they essentially provide nothing for anyone with Marriott Rewards status, unlike all the other Marriott brands.
Pros: Location/ lounge/ service

Pros: It is conveniently located, the rooms were clean, the staff helpful, it is a 10 minute ferry ride to NYC, the view is spectacular, an awesome running path through Weehawken and Hoboken. I really enjoyed my stay and will consider staying here again when visiting "The City".
Cons: I have no complaints.
Pros: I love the service and location. We have stayed there many times and consistently they have never disappointed us.
Pros: Clean, great location, close proximity to the restaraunts and a boardwalk. Very comfortable stay.
Pros: The staff were all very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and informed.
Pros: Location. Staff.room. Everything good. But breakfast is no free..well last week hotel book time my pakage is have a breakfast but staff say . Pay breakfast..
Cons: Paying for parking

Cons: The hallway my room was on smelled like complete throw up and had a horrible odor until later on in the night. Understandably, it was new years day when I came but the hall should of been sprayed or contained the smell. That is the only negative thing I have to say about my stay.
Cons: Parking was supposed to be free when I booked and I was charged for parking when I arrived. Our first room smelled of BO. We were moved to an alternative room, which was fine.
Pros: The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Proximity to the mall and restaurants is nice.
Cons: I'd prefer free parking, but who wouldn't?
Pros: The staff were especially friendly and helpful

Cons: Pool was over crowded. No towels at pool to dry off. Had to air dry and drip the whole way back to the room. Oops. Also hot tub was very dirty and almost green. When sitting in it I couldn't even see my waist the water was so unclear.,
Also check out time was different depending what you read or who told you. We checked out at noon because that's what it said on the back of the door m.
Pros: Otherwise we had a pleasant stay. Liked having Red Robin connection. Would go back.
Cons: People were too loud in the hallway. Children running in the hallway. Our toilet had a seat that kept slipping when sat on. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay. Liked having Red Robin connection. Would go back.
Pros: The cleanliness
Cons: Staff attitude and people skills sucked
Pros: We had issues with our room and the daytime staff was very helpful. They moved us to a new room, which had an issue too, but Elly did everything she could to make it right.
Cons: Overnight staff was rude.
Pros: The room was recently refurbished and mostly nice
Cons: Bathroom door was damaged, whole room smelled of paint, the whole building was under construction which was loud. The workers smoked in the hallway. I caught the receptionist asleep twice. Once when I was trying to check out around 6AM. She actually had headphones in so I had to scream to wake her up so that I could check out. The pool was not accessible due to the construction. The breakfast was waffles, bagels, and yogurt. I was just really not pleased with this stay.
Pros: Location. Easy on and off rt3
Cons: Was a non smoking room I thought, smelled of smoke
Black mold on sink rim and shower head.
Pros: Room comfortable, staff courteous and helpful, location great
Cons: Only one elevator working, room a little noisy (room heater and pool mechanicals I think), teenagers running in the hallway, talking loudly and slamming doors, housekeeping staff threw away my bed socks that I left in the bed.

Cons: The hotel was overpriced for the general facilities on offer. Pay 30 dollars for a fridge when I'm paying x hundred a night? Kidding? No real dedicated space for guests to relax. Free wifi was not free as it was within service charge. This pricing policy really took facilities down to equivalent of a 2 star hotel or a B and B! Reception staff had an unhelpful attitude. This was on complete contrast to our stays in Boston and DC. Wholly unimpressed. it was almost like the abrasive attitude of Tines Square had pervaded the customer service.
Pros: Location it's excellent
Cons: Staff at restaurant was horrible. Un professional rude.
Pros: Location, Location, Location!
Pros: The most unfriendly staff I have encountered at a hotel
Pros: Service, location, beds, rooms were right size, showers.
Cons: Paid $275 for after show party in the restaurant All they had was 4-5 items of Chinese food and open bar. No menus for food nor drinks. Grumpy wait staff.
Pros: Great accommodating staff. Helpful concierge. So close to Times Square & all the theaters, so perfect for the 1st time visitor. Clean & comfortable. Beds are nice & cozy.
Cons: Pool is part of the gym inside the building, so it's only a lap pool. Not for lounging & definitely not for kids.
There is a sauna which would be nice in the winter.
Very busy hotel! Not a relaxing lobby or even many places to sit (only 4 chairs & some makeshift areas around the plants)!
No mini fridge in room.
Pros: It was in a perfect location in Times Square. A few blocks from the subway. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
Cons: Needs some updating/maintenance. For the price you pay for location, seems they could upkeep better. All 3 drawers in our dresser didn't close properly, off track or something. Bathrooms could use some new caulk, gappy and dirty looking.
Pros: Location was good
Cons: They dont encourage people booking hotel from other web sites
They prefer it from there site and they help them only . I was staying in hotel for times square view
Not for other view
Overall worat experience
Pros: The location was good. Their concierge staff were nice . Check in was quick .we were givin compound of 2 free complimentary drinks from their bar but we did nit use it.wifi was included in the service fees but also I did not need to use it.
Cons: When I checked in the toilet was ful of hair & there was a nail on the toilet table .generally the housekeeping service is not good. I noticed that paper napkin was not refilled as if they are saying you have to use one box per stay
Pros: Great hotel if you're a tourist and want to be in Times Square - easy walking distance to many attractions and not too far can / uber ride to others. The rooms were nice and clean, the maids always bought us new soaps, razors, toothpaste, towels etc.
Cons: some of the staff are seriously awful.
My partner has a severe allergy to nuts, and we had issues with two waiters there who seemed preoccupied and had to ask a manager to go and confirm if there was nuts in a dish she wanted for dinner or not. The waiter made us feel awful and then progressively got ruder (getting in our faces, yelling, etc) after the manager had been involved.
We did get given a few free drinks and a box of chocolates from management (although she couldn't have the chocolates due to nuts)
But otherwise we had a lovely stay, only ruined by a few staff members who need to learn if you work in a service job it's part of your job to at least TRY and be polite and understanding!
Pros: My wife has a convention here once a year in January so I tag along. We had a stunning view of Broadway and Times Square from our corner room on the 45th floor (out of 46). Room was clean. Service is friendly and courteous. Bell Captain kept our bags for us after checkout so we could do a bit of sight-seeing until we had to go to the airport. When it was time to get our bags, he walked them down to the taxi stand for us and made sure we had a cab.
Cons: Wi-fi seemed a bit slow.

Cons: Hotel is small, rooms are small, elevators are small, room is not nice, even though it was remodeled without taste or sense of technology. Skip this hotel stay in the hotel literally in front of this one called "The Pearl Hotel". Trust me, it will not be a disappointment
Pros: Rooms are very nice but could use a bit more sound proofing. We could hear the people in the next room. We were in room 717
Pros: Our recent stay at The Time was perfect!
Pros: The staff at this hotel were all amazing. Each one as helpful and friendly as the next. The hotel has a very nice bar/ restaurant attached. The bed was super comfy, amazing waterfall showers, and great room service menu as well. Super central to everything, shops, food, shows, transit.
Cons: Our AC broke over night, so we woke up to a huge puddle and part of the carpet was soaked from the AC leaking, but we we're checking out that day anyway and it was not anyone's fault.
Cons: Very compact room and compact environment
Pros: We liked the simply look of the room and bathroom. Very modern and abstract.
Cons: Our stay was for a short period time so not much to comment on.
Pros: The room was comfortable, a good size and very quiet. Ammenities were updated. It should be a beautiful hotel when the project is finished.
Cons: Hotel was under construction which was not noted in the description. The lobby was moved to the second floor (from the first) and lots of workers and equipment were evident. there was a bit of work dust in the 2nd floor lobby.
Pros: Great location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Choose a street facing room if possible, as some rooms are claustrophobic.
Pros: This was our third stay at the Time over the last 5 years and we've never been disappointed. Especially for the price! Staff was super friendly; comfy, modern room; great location in the theatre district and time square; room service breakfast (from the Serafina) was excellent
Cons: Only annoyance was that there was a sign at check in offering 20% off breakfast for guests; so we ordered accordingly, only to find out that room service wasn't eligible. If the food wasn't delicious we probably would've made a bigger stink about it
Pros: Great location, and wonderful staff
Cons: Overpriced for such small and unclean rooms. Our window was broken and we could hear everything at night, which in Times Square is loud and at times unbearable.
Cons: The rooms were dingy. The service was awful. We paid over $500 for the room and we didn't get what we paid for - Queen bed. They first tried to put us in a full bed room and then we had to go downstairs and complain. The rooms looked much better on the site than in "really life". The beds were gross with the blue comforter. The only thing that was nice was the tiny bathroom. I wouldn't stay here again.
Pros: Meeter Greeter
Guests of the property will find a contemporary environment inspired by modern art, natural materials, and the concept of time. Featuring impeccably reappointed guestrooms complete with custom furniture and designer amenities. A lifestyle hotel located in midtown Manhattan's Times Square / Theatre district. The Time is within walking distance to world class shopping, dining and entertainment.
Pros: It was a nice location and beautiful property.
Cons: It was impossible to find the room and the map was poorly labeled. So many buildings and parking lots. Very challenging to navigate. Rooms were rather basic for the cost of the room per night.
Pros: Spent the weekend at the estate when I proposed to my girlfriend. Staff was very accommodating to my requests to surprise her and Alex even had a few extra special touches to add to our stay.
Pros: Their staff was very helpful and friendly.
Pros: clean room
Cons: shower had low water pressure
hotel is a maze to navigate
Pros: Staff was friendly and facilities were fine.
Cons: Found bed bugs in my bed.
Pros: The pool is great, the employees are very helpful and kind, and the place is beautiful. Nice pool, too.
Cons: I only wish there was someplace to eat on the grounds aside from the pricey Cellar restaurant, since we kept having to take cabs to the main part of town to find restaurants.
Pros: Everything at Tarrytown House was just so easy - easy check-in, perfectly comfortable room, and the front desk was so helpful (setting us up with cabs, for example). Plus, the grounds were so green and lovely. Highly recommend - a great value for the cost of the room.
Pros: The pool was 21 and over and served GREAT drinks!
The staff was very nice
Cons: We didn't eat breakfast there because of the price. It was expensive.
Pros: Location in Tarrytown, NY, overlooking the Hudson, friendly upbeat staff, parking on site was convenient, price was great through Kayak, pool was nice and warm, racquet ball court was great! Food at Cellar 49 was tasty.
Cons: The doors to the room do not close automatically when one exits their room. At one point, I notice that 3 of th4 doors in our area were left ajar by accident. To actually close and lock a bedroom door, one must pull it really hard to make sure it closed. What I am saying is that this is pretty unsafe for women who may be traveling alone and also, throughout the night, I we heard was other guests SLAMMING their doors closed. When I mentioned this to the front desk staff, they seemed surprised to hear this. Some of the paint, wall paper, flooring (in pool bathrooms), need serious sprucing up. Also, air conditioners seem to leak or stain the outside of the building and when I looked out my window, I saw rust stains running down the side of this building. For a Destination property, I expected more in this respect. As my only Destination point of comparison, I have stayed at the Wild Dunes Resort in the Charleston, SC area, which was AMAZING!
Pros: The location is great for where we needed to be. The entrance to the property is 'grand', really liked driving up. The restaurant is 'cellar 49' is in the basement, cosy and intimate. Great service, helpful and super friendly! ...
Cons: The noise! They need to insulate the walls! We were placed in the 'Weschester' part of the hotel (someone told us it is the quietest area), you could hear the guest next door talking on the phone, hear what he was watching, and hear every single passerby in the hallway chatting away...
Pros: Professional service and a classy clean look. We can't wait to stay there again.
Pros: The building was beautiful and classic. Closer, than I thought, to NYC, but probably need a car to get there. The restaurant was good or okay. It is also a great wedding destination. I will definitely recommend my friends to stay there.
Cons: The service at the restaurant (Celler 49) was a little slow and strange. Food was good or okay. However, it will not stop me going back Tarrytown house estate in the future.

Pros: It was exquisite. Wish we had mire time to spend at the property.
Pros: young lady at evening reception (around 9ish) very welcoming and accommodating. I mean its 'hospitality' industry and so i appreciate when i feel welcome!..beautiful grounds
Cons: tv kinda small but otherwise nice place
Pros: great location / atmosphere.
Cons: older and needed some tlc.
Cons: I didnt like that the elevator was broken amd that my bathroom smelled and the house keeper just came and sprayed some freshener and when I came back to the room it still smelled horrible. I wouldnt reccomend to any one.
Pros: Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Staff was very friendly, attentive and extremely courteous. Couldn't be happier with this hotel selection.
Pros: Staff was very accommodating with a special request
Pros: The location was beautiful and convenient.
Cons: The room was small, furniture old. Shower tile moldy. A/C loud and hall noises kept us awake all night. Husband got food poisoning at hotel lunch, & front desk staff showed no concern & charged me for 2 aspirin & coke. Never staying here again!
Pros: Excellent location for my travel schedule. Accommodating staff. Comfortable bed/pillows. Lovely golf course view.
Cons: Handicapped room not requested. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Shower tiles and sink area required better cleaning/bleach. Windows very difficult to open for fresh air. Windows and frames dirty.
Pros: Lovely grounds, staff, good breakfast, nice rooms
Pros: It is set in a quiet locale
Cons: The bathroom wallpaper is peeling off, the party door to the adjoining room couldn't be properly locked at all, there was no refrigerator nor a microwave oven of any kind in the room, the windows were drafty, the decor wasn't modern, the chair was worn.
Pros: The staff was excellent
Cons: 1st put into handicapped room. Upon request they moved me into regular room, in morning I couldnt control the water temp and couldn't take a shower & couldn't turn water off. So couldnt shower before work. problem was later resolved when i returned.
