Pros: Customer service was excellent. Picking up/dropping off the car was swift and timely. Staff answered all my questions. After drop off someone drove me to my destination about 7 minutes away, no additional charge. I will be using them again.

Cons: 1. Wait for too long due to many customers and long process.
2. The company tries to cheat me every steps, for examples, include insurance without asking, overcharge for gas prepaid, overestimate the gas scale and finally the final bill at car return date is higher than the bill at acception

This location is busted
Cons: I have rented from enterprise in the NYC area for 7+ years and never had an experience this bizarrely unpleasant. Pick up took over 45 min, there was also a long wait for drop off. The rules regarding deposit ($500 held on my credit card?), adding an additional driver (they insisted on every driver submitting their own credit card even though it wouldn't be charged... hmmm... what?!), the fact that they wouldn't go over any of the costs at the desk ("we can't do that until we have the vehicle" even though insurance, fuel charges, etc are ALL STANDARD), THE FACT THAT I NEEDED TO ADJUST MY PICK UP FROM AN AFTERNOON TO THE NEXT MORNING WAS IMPOSSIBLE & EVERY TIME I CALLED I GOT A DIFFERENT ANSWER AND WAS TOLD I WAS ALREADY SPEAKING TO THE MANAGER. In brief, worst experience I've had renting a car. Would love to hear a response from Enterprise Corporate.

Pros: I've rented from hertz on several occasions and sadly this was not a good experience. It started even before I picked up the car and called hertz to ask about moving the date up by a day. They said nothing was in stock but could get in me in a smaller car for a lot more money. The day of the pickup I started chatting up the agent, only to learn the car had been on lot for the last 2 days and they had several cars available. Rather contradictory of what Hertz corp shared with me. No loss though, found another agency to get a car through. Last incident was with the rental return. I had made a mistake on when our flight was departing and as such put in an earlier drop off. Once I caught this, called hertz, explained my error and asked what would be cost for the 5 extra hours. Their quote back to me was half of what I paid for 6 days... I get that it may be disruptive to the next customer but then say that and not, this would be your new rate and nothing else. It's been real hertz

Pros: Very courteous, helpful staff
Cons: Windshield wipers were terrible, partly the design, partly the wiper blades. The center display (the radio, time, etc) was not visible in daylight due to scratches probably from a cleaning agent
