Pros (+) When we arrived, we found to our dismay it was a smoking room that had been booked. Never fear! Jackie on the desk was able to get us booked into a non-smoking king room at the same rate. Jackie was extremely helpful! We stayed at several hotels on our trip to Portland and the Best Western in Yreka was the most comfortable and had the best breakfast, hands down!

Pros (+) The staff was excellent after arriving late we were tired and ready for bed. Check-in was a breeze and staff made sure we were aware of what they had to offer. Room was large, clean, and bed was so comfortable. If you're in the area this is the place to stay.

Pros (+) It's situated on a creek. It feels new and well cared for. Staff very helpful. Relaxing.
