Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests had significant concerns about this hotel, particularly regarding cleanliness, with multiple reports of dirty rooms, mold, bugs, and outdated furnishings. Service was frequently described as rude, unhelpful, or unaccommodating, with several guests experiencing issues with staff attitude, overbooking, and poor communication. The breakfast also received negative feedback, with complaints about limited options, poor quality, and lack of variety. While a few positive comments were made about location, comfortable beds, and some friendly staff, these were outweighed by the negative experiences reported by most guests.
