Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, proximity to the train station, and stunning views of the Matterhorn. Many found the value for price to be excellent, especially for Zermatt. However, several reviews mentioned cleanliness issues, such as dirty floors and carpets, and some guests were disappointed with the lack of amenities like kettles, microwaves, or air conditioning. Room arrangements for families and bed comfort were also noted as negatives. Despite these drawbacks, the location and views were the highlights for most visitors.
