Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its excellent central location, friendly and attentive staff, delicious breakfast options, and relaxing spa and pool facilities. Many highlighted the beautiful views, especially of the Matterhorn, and the overall cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. However, a few guests were dissatisfied with room sizes and felt some rooms were too small or not as expected. Overall, the positive experiences far outweighed the negatives, making the hotel highly recommended by most visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews
