Never again!Cons:Reserved a car, called them to make sure they stay open late since our flight was landing after their business hours, they assured me they will (2 months before the flight). Then our flight got delayed, so I kept calling them all evening to let them know but no one answered the phone. When we finally got to the airport to pick up the car, the whole place was deserted. No car, no message, no place to go, three small kids in tow. Everyone should stay away from this place!!!!!!!Reviewed 12 Aug 2018

Pros:Prague Vaclav Airport service counter was very helpful. From speaking and translating to the taxi driver giving him directions of where to take me to pick up the car, to clearly explaining all of my rental options, etc. The simplicity of returning my car and quickly getting to my flight.Cons:There is nothing I can think of at the moment.
